Risks and challenges
First, lets start with the risks and challenges of completing the Rc Cam Stik. I've been working on this project for a long time to ensure every "kink" has been worked out regarding product manufacturing, composites that will be used, assembly, cost analysis, shipping, production quantities, quality assurance, sales, and marketing.
It would be foolish to say that there are not any risks involved. I see "positive risks" and "negative risks."
The "positive risks" and challenges associated will be meeting the production and shipping demands for the Rc Cam Stik in a timely manner as this is a world wide device that can be used by any rc enthusiast and its popularity will sky rocket!
Why is this a positive risk? That means the Rc Cam Stik is a success!
To handle the first challenge, production, additional shifts will be added to meet demand to ensure the consumer receives their purchase in a timely manner.
Second challenge, shipping demant. First you must have a general understanding of the production process. Tooling must be created for the production of each individual part of the RC Cam Stik. Each tooling has a life span of 500,000 pieces it can manufacture before it needs to be replaced. Based on the sales, the tooling can last up to 6 weeks. The solution is to have an inventory that can "float" until the new tooling arrives as this can take up to 6 weeks plus 10 days for shipping.
This of course is a "negative risk." The "challenge" here is to anticipate the sales before the tooling reaches it's life expectancy and maintain inventory. As demand for the Rc Cam Stik increases, additional tooling will be added to run side by side as needed to reduce or eliminate any back orders.
What qualifies me to overcome these challenges is my past and present work history in overcoming huge demands and hurdles placed on me by customers in delivering products and services to customers. As a former Division Director of Technical Operations for the SE United States in the cable television industry, I had a tremendous amount of responsibility and accountability for my territory. I answered directly to the Executive VP of Tech Ops. As you read my biography I go into more in detail as to what qualifies me to overcome any obstacle that comes in my direction.
I have full focus on this project as I do not have any other projects going at this time.
The Rc Cam Stik is a product that explains itself just by looking at it. Even though prototypes have been made the final design will look more professional and sleek. The Rc Cam Stik can be ready to go as soon as this summer, if not not before. Backers can rest assured that this was not a fly-by-night idea. This idea has been in the works for close to year working every angle possible by individuals, like myself , Rick Digiacomo and Gary Rembowski with over 40 years in the hobby!
This was not invented by someone not in the hobby. This was invented by a hobbyist, myself, that knows the rc industry. I have experience in the field and know the frustrations felt by rookies, seasoned veterans and pros, when it comes to trying to capture that shot or video by yourself. The Rc Cam Stik offers a solution to rc enthusiasts around the world! To make this a success I have made contacts on all 7 continents in anticipation for the release of the Rc Cam Stik.
Don't miss out. Be a part of the next big idea to hit the market!
