I have the jacket and i still use it at least two times a week. For a long time i used it everyday. I have to say I lost a lot of feathers. The material of the outside could be stronger so feathers can't get through and it wouldnt damage easily. But.... it still looks nice, battery is still good and no defects after all this time. I used to wear it everyday (with heating). So thank you for this life saver in dutch summer, spring, Autumn and winter on scooter.

Hello Ravean, my jacket seams already started to be broken although I don't use the jacket that frequently. I mainly use this jacket for very cold days and it was inside my closet for the whole spring-fall. I've sent an email regarding this issue, please advise me if there's any warranty. FYI, my Columbia jacket that I am using on an everyday basis is still going strong for 6-7 years now, I hope there're something defective with my jacket that they got broken so fast..

@Steven, make sure the jacket's battery is plugged in and then hold the button for 3-5 seconds. If that doesn't work, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will teach you what to do.

Hey guys I've had my jacket I feel like a year maybe? And I love it but is anyone else looking for them to sell the vest again? Also how many of you are interested in different colors? Such as Army Green, Orange, Red, Blue, maybe even plaid?
I can't seem to figure out how to turn on my heated jacket, I have fully charged my battery and plugged it into my jacket but I feel no heat! Is there an on button? Can you please advise thank you.
I want a refund on the 40$ shipping fee to China, even though when I received the order it said it came from inside of china not from outside of china inside.

Has anyone else still not received their original jacket? I've tried contacting these guys three times over the past month (via email and phone) and still haven't received a response. I understand that they've had some supply chain issues so I've been patient, but this is now bordering on pathetic, even for a start up. Its been eight months since I originally backed them, six months since they originally estimated delivery, three months since the update emails have stopped, and a month since I've tried contacting them with no response.
I received a large vest which was enormous. Without the label I would have sworn it was XXL.
I exchanged this for a medium which is so small that I can't breathe naturally with it zipped up. I have been informed that there aren't any more exchanges available.
This clearly was a manufacturing error on at least one of the vests. There was at least a two-size difference between the L and the M.
I love the product, I just want something that fits.
Does the sizing really jump from child to Santa Claus with nothing in between?
@Ravean Thanks I was able exchange my Jacket with another Ravean backer. I now just need to exchange my Medium Gloves to L/XL Gloves. Do you have an estimate on when it would be possible to exchange the Gloves?

@VR I emailed support about that. Despite what they said in backerclub it was issued separately. I got mine back in December, but didn't get any kind of notice. If you look at your reward details in KS you'll see if you got it or not. It would be all the way at the bottom.
Any word on the backerclub special perk for this?

We got you your product, which is something that most Kickstarter projects don't even do. Now we ask you to trust us. As soon as we get inventory in to exchange for size swaps and warranty we will send out a message. As you will see on our ecommerce page we don't have anything in stock. We are still waiting for it to arrive. We will get you taken care of.
Good luck on trying to get a warranty or size exchange have been trying to get an exchange since I received the Jacket. The warranty is worthless as they don't have stock for even a size exchange.

@Ravean Backers- great to see the continued activity here =) If you are waiting for exchanges, we have some limited inventory that arrived and can make some exchanges at this time as indicated in a recent update. We have used the money from our 1st campaign and ordered more inventory that should be arriving in the next 4-6 weeks. This inventory will be used for exchanges, Indiegogo orders, and future ecommerce. It is important to remember that manufacturing takes time. We ordered more inventory for exchanges back in early February just before Chinese New Years. For those familiar, the Chinese take about 2-4 weeks off in February for CYN. Most of our production resumed in early March. It takes approx. 6-8 weeks to manufacturer our goods, 3-4 weeks to deliver our goods via boat to LA distributor, and then 7-10 days to ship out to our customers via local delivery. We appreciate your patience as we prepare to facilitate exchanges in the very near future. For the very few that have not received packages, please keep in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't bother trying to exchange for a men's large black jacket without hood. They are not in stock so out of luck. Wonder what they would do for a warranty issue. Not impressed. Oh but they will keep my name on the list to do a direct exchange with another customer if they need an extra large. With all the money they made over what they were asking for I'd think they would build some inventory for defective and warranty replacements.
Congratulations on forcing me to unsubscribe to your updates. If you were an ex I would be forced to place a restraining order on you. For some reason 78 is the tipping point. Interesting strategy. I will now remember your company name for this. It makes it very hard to recommend your product regardless of its quality. I have appreciated all of your efforts despite my inability to understand your abrasive email strategies.
Launching new products......giving exchanges........yet still haven't delivered my jacket or o many people whose money you took, 4 months after the product was promised. Quite the company.
Kimble... What do you mean the product is marginally useful? It is just as useful as was described in the campaign page. I'm sure most of us were pretty sour about the duties, but in their circumstance I think it was understandable. For their next Kickstarter they are going to slow boat it to the US before sending them out.
You can go to the updates and read up on why they did not slow boat these jackets - they were trying to fulfill their promise of quick delivery.
I was Charged $82.72 in shipping fees, duties and taxes and I live in Vancouver, Canada. I direct purchase similar products from China and never pay shipping or duty. Somehow these guys failed to research the best handling method - I would rather have my money back than double my cost for this product which is only marginally useful.
Can someone please enlighten me on how to make an exchange? I waited until April, as requested. Now that it's time to make the exchange, I can't find one bit of contact info for Ravean and how to proceed with an exchange.
