A card game where players compete against each other to defeat the Final Boss.
Finally, it's game night! You and your friends decide to try an old game cartridge you found in the attic. As you blow the dust away you can read "Danger: Final Boss" hand-written in the label, but there is no more info.
"What kind of game is this?" you wonder, as you slide the cartridge in. As soon as you turn on the console power, a lightning strikes your house and a vortex of energy swallows you and your friends into the TV...
In Final Boss, players have been swallowed by an evil video game and have to compete against each other to collect Victory Points and defeat the Final Boss.
Every turn, Enemies appear and players will fight them, using their cards to gain an advantage in combat or to sabotage other players. Use your cards wisely and collect as many Victory Points as you can, and you may be able to defeat the Final Boss!
IMPORTANT: Thanks to unlocked Stretch Goals, the game currently have 103 cards!
The base game features 80 cards (59 PowerUps, including Characters, Weapons, Items and Specials; 16 Enemies and 5 Final Bosses) plus more by unlocking Stretch Goals (check the updates to find how many cards does the game have currently)

The final game will look even better as we already have a supplier committed to bring the best quality!
We also did our best to optimize production costs so that the price that our backers pay for the game is as fair as possible.
Here's a short video of us playtesting the game:
That means that it will be shipped to your doorstep without any troubles with taxes or customs duties. We have an agreement with a logistic center in Hong Kong that will ship the game WORLDWIDE, so no one misses the chance to get it.
About the Creators:
We have spent more than a year and a half making this game. It started while having some beers and discussing that there should be a game that combines all our favourite video games from our childhood (and not so childhood) into one epic crazy game:
- There are more than 150 cards designed (we hope to include them in stretch goals or future expansions)
- More than a year play-testing the rules and game mechanics
- More than 65 cards finished with artwork and ready to print (check some art and process here)
Later on, I would never forget the spooky vibe of the Forest Temple in Ocarina of Time, and going through the broken bridge to Gerudo's Valley, to finally see what was on the other side. More recently, in the time I find in between illustration and illustration I've been getting all dragon priest masks in Skyrim, and "gitting gud" at Dark Souls. I put a lot of care into making fun and amazing artwork for the cards, I hope you love them!
By the way, I failed my driving licence exam 4 times...
Rafael: Hi! I'm the main designer of the game. When I was little I was an avid reader, and loved to play pen and paper role games (still do). I got a Snes when I was a boy and since then I've been hooked to video games. I probably had too much imagination and was daydreaming too often while at the classroom.
I got my first computer when I was twelve and since then I've been shooting demons on DOOM and splashing headcrabs on Half-Life. I still ragequit when I get a loosing spree at Counter-Strike. My secret vice is 2D fighting games, but I have never gotten good enough at it. Benimaru and Iori are my favourite characters of all time!
I have spent countless hours playtesting and refining the cards and the game, and I think I've come up with the ultimate "friendship destroyer". And yes, I'm a terrible singer...

We are mostly ready for production, only missing a few illustrations for the remaining cards. We will keep you updated with the production progress if we get funded.
Risks and challenges
The main challenge of the game is to get our artists to produce the remaining art for the game timely, so we can send the game on to production as soon as possible. We'll make sure they deliver gorgeous and fun artworks.
The second challenge of the game is that this will be our first game, so we will hire a lawyer and other professionals to ensure every business related issue is done right and everything goes smooth. It's also important to mention that being a parody, our lawyer will review every card to ensure there are no legal issues with copyrights.
The deck will be printed in Asia, so the third challenge is to supervise the production and shipping. If overfunded, one of us will travel to the manufacturing place to supervise everything for the best results. And we'll tweet all the process!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
