If you are not an existing Quoc shoe owner, our team is here to help. Choosing your Quoc shoe size is very simple:
First, measure your largest foot (for whatever reason, most of us always have one bigger than the other), and add 1 cm. This is your Total Length. Now, find the number that is closest, or just slightly larger than this measurement on the Last Length line below.
___________UK 3.5 | 4.5 | 5.5 | 6.5 | 7.5 | 8.5 | 9.5 | 10.5 | 11.5 | 12.5
___________US 4.5 | 5.5 | 6.5 | 7.5 | 8.5 | 9.5 | 10.5 | 11.5 | 12.5 | 13.5
___________EU 37.5 | 38.5 | 39.5 | 40.5 | 41.5 | 42.5 | 43.5 | 44.5 | 45.5 | 46.5
Last Length (cm) 24.5 | 25.2 | 25.8 | 26.5 | 27.2 | 27.8 | 28.5 | 29.2 | 29.8 | 30.5
If your number lies in between two sizes, we would recommend selecting the larger size. The equivalent UK number is your Quoc shoe size.
* Your largest foot length +1cm = Total Length
* Example 1: A rider's largest foot length measures 26.5cm +1cm, equaling 27.5cm (this is the Total Length). The Total Length should always be closest to the Last Length, therefore the ideal shoe size would be a UK 8.5.
* Example 2: If your largest foot length measures 27.1cm + 1cm, equaling 28.1cm, your Total Length is in between a UK8.5 and UK9.5. The ideal shoe size, in this case, would be a UK9.5.
Our shoes fit comfortably from C (average) to EE (wide) width. Many people have asked how wide the GT is compared to the Giro Empire VR90. The answer is: considerably wider. The GT is on average 5mm wider in circumference than VR90. If you have a B (narrower than average), the fit will be ideal if you tie the laces a touch tighter.
With an increase in shoe width, the toe box/volume become bigger and thus roomier. If you have a high instep the GT can accommodate that. If you have shallow instep, it can be solved by simply tying the laces a touch tighter, and if necessary, by inserting an extra piece of insole.Last updated:
I am an existing Quoc shoe owner. If I also want to buy the GT, should I just pick the same size as my current Quoc shoes? Are they comparable?
First of all, thanks for your continued support! If you have purchased our shoes in the past, then you should choose exactly the same size as the Quoc shoes you already own. The Gran Tourer shoes has wider & roomier toe box compared to the Night Road Shoes, but the last length from toe to heel is exactly the same.Last updated:
If you’re Super Early/Early Bird backers, we will be shipping the shoes to you directly from our Taiwan warehouse so that the shoes can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. If import duty were to be charged, we would cover that for you entirely. For all other reward tiers, we first ship the shoes in bulk to our warehouses in the UK and US. For European orders that are neither Super Early or Early Bird, we will be shipping the shoes to you from our UK warehouse; for North/South America orders, we will be shipping from our US warehouse. For circumstances that do not follow the process described above, we will decide the best way to ship based on your location.Last updated:
We have three global distribution centers that allow us to ship anywhere in the world. But, duty-free shipping is applicable only to customers from 34 countries:

For customers from all other countries (Rest of the world):
You may have to pay additional import duties and other applicable taxes to the relevant authorities upon receipt of your goods, based on the import policies of your respective country. The duties and tax rates vary from country to country, and we are unable to help you determine that for your shipment. If you wish to learn about the duties and taxes applicable to your shipment, you may want to check with the customs and border protection authority of your country.
From our experience, we have learned that most of the countries have higher thresholds for import duties and the majority of our international customers don't get charged any additional fees apart from the regular shipping fees you pay here on Kickstarter.Last updated:
We will be manufacturing the Gran Tourer with our partner factories in China, who also made the Night Road Shoes. We only work with factories that meet our exacting standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.Last updated:
The strength of European craftspeople lies in making high-quality handmade shoes. For more technical and precision-oriented products such as road or gravel cycling shoes, European factories lack the high precision machines for efficient and reliable mass production. Hence, the ideal candidate for making carbon composite midsoles, proprietary rubber outsoles, and precise high volume shoe lasting, is our Chinese partner factory.Last updated:
