Announcing the "Stretch Goals"

Posted by Qubi (Creator)

We want to thank everyone that has backed our product so far and remind you all that Kickstarter is an all or nothing platform. So if you are as excited about this project as we are and want to see it come to market it's time to start sharing...

If we exceed our targets here is what each and every Qubi Console will receive

  • $600,000 will get every console Gigabit Ethernet
  • $750,000 will get every console 1 x USB 3 port (3 x USB 2)
  • $1,000,000 will get every console AC Wifi
  • $1,250,000 will get every console HDMI Passthrough

Thanks again from all the team here at Qubi.

Hi John, I have adjusted my profile to reflect all this information. I have also added more details to the project page. I have also added location and my number to my business facebook account and have linked my personal facebook account. Also it was great chatting to you on facebook.
If any one has any questions just ask...

Thanks John, completely agree that the product didn't like up to the hype but the Kickstarter campaign itself was a roaring success...
We feel we have a great product however up until this point we have not received the same attention as other similar products in this category...

also, your facebook profile hides everything about you as well. nothing mentions who you are or where you are. I'm sure many backers here do their homework before funding something - since many of us have been left holding the short end of the stick in one project or another. This is perhaps whats holding you back. I'd suggest updating your profile with real information

Ouya failed horribly. probably not a good idea to follow their methods ;)

      Hi John,
I live in Australia on the Gold Coast, (see my Facebook account) I have a member of my team in San Fransisco and when I launched my project they did not allow projects out of Australia.
I noticed when I backed Ouya they had a redirect on their site back to the Kickstarter page which I thought was smart as the main focus during your Kickstarter campaign is the Campaign. My site will go live after the Kickstarter campaign ends.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

or you could do like the majority of successful projects on kickstarter have done: find cheaper vendors and manufacturers.

btw why is your profile a fake profile? qubi.tv points at kickstarter, and "sam brown" doesnt exist in san francisco except as an investigative company.

      These aren't realistic stretch goals!

Hi Waldo, unfortunately they where 5th and 6th on the list...
James really sad to here that... We do want to develop a unit that has all these features however as we add premium components production costs increase the only way to offset this is with increased volumes. We would love to keep you as a backer but understand either way.

Are you kidding me? This is a joke. For that reason... I'm out.

Wow... That's sure is a stretch. No CEC or remote control love?
