We want to ship Qduino Minis everywhere possible, but tracked international shipping is expensive. In our experience, untracked bad shipping methods lead to multiple lost packages, issues with customs imports, and most of all unhappy backers.
We do not get any profit on international shipping, this is a flat fee that we got directly from UPS, which includes full tracking so that you know where it is from when it leaves SparkFun Electronics in Colorado, USA to when it gets to your front doorstep.
- The Pro Mini does not have a USB connector for programming, you have to add an additional FTDI Programmer ($15)
- The Qduino Mini has the Atmel ATmega32U4 microprocessor (which has built in USB), unlike the Pro Mini which has the ATmega328p
- The Qduino Mini has a LiPo battery charger built-in
- The Qduino Mini has a LiPo battery fuel gauge built-in
