Currently, we currently have five regular developers that produce content (3d Models, Scripts, etc) for the game, as well as two developers that work on more conceptual content (concept art and designs). There are also two auxiliary staff members that help manage our website. One of our biggest goals with the Kickstarter and development moving forward is expanding our team to cover any under-specialized areas, as well as doubling down on talent in critical positions.
Out of our CURRENT talent, however, it's a mixed bag. While some of us have dipped our toes into the commercial games world - for example, our lead technical artist, who's been working in the industry for 10+ years - the majority of our team is limited to formal training (ie. university classes) and hobbyist experience (years of working on mods and other non-commercial ventures).
