Kickstarter backers are a patient bunch, and impatient though I am, I don't care about getting it _now_. I only care that I receive something wonderful when the time comes. And I have a faith that I will.

Sad to hear, but I'm just glad it has nothing to do with the game's development or a personal emergency.
Keep your chin up guys, an extra month isn't a problem at all for us.
I'll take 'It'll be completely done later than expected' over 'Our mainframe's been fried by sharks with lasers on their heads, so we're going back to the drawing board and we probably won't be able to make it as good now' any day of the week. Honestly, it's a long-term project so there are bound to be hiccups and bumps along the way. I just really appreciate how transparent you guys have been with us so far. It's pretty awesome when the devs keep in touch with their supporters like this.
So kudos to you for being honest, and keep up the good work. Can't wait to play the game.
Ehh, par for the course with Kickstarters, it's all good. You'll release when you release. A month delay is like, nothing to a Kickstarter vet!
Main thing is that the game is coming soon. :-) We already have some games to pass time till middle of July, not to speak of the many other things to do. But I'm sure I'll catch enough time for this game since it looks nice and I'm very interested what you made of a story. Your soundtrack is awesome, I often listen to that during work if I want to relax a bit. :-)

The artwork itself is simply to die for. It's like watching a watercolor painting come to life.
