Hi guys. The most fun Kickstarter I have invested in yet! My problem is, I purchased 2 cases for iPhone 6 thinking that would be my daughters next phone as well as mine and we ended up getting her a 5s. Would it be possible to exchange the adapter for one that will fit her phone?

Hi Patrick! :) We're glad you're enjoying your case. The option to delete Prynts was added in an app update a while ago. Be sure you have the latest version of the app. In "My Prynts", select a photo, scroll down, and the delete option will be below the photo.
Thanks Prynt for the constant improvement of the case and the software. One big request from my side (which I also included in the survey) is please make prynts deletable. Thanks.

All of this feedback is why my Prynt lives in a drawer. You guys don't get it. No video, no GIF, no watermark. How hard is this to understand? Just print our freaking pictures.
Hi Tony! We came up with the gif feature after hearing feedback from users who didn't want to record a video. So far, a lot of people have liked it! We're sorry to hear that you have not though but we do appreciate you reaching out. We will definitely continue working on this so we can create the best product and best customer experience that we can.
And yeah, why you made it a key instead of the word "Prynt" was an oversight. If you bypass the video option it should not be printed on the picture either!
You still force users to make s video or now a gif! Omg you're NOT listening to users LOOK how many have told you this. Also to the other 2 I have a way as presents. Make option to bypass this feature. EVERYBODY WANTS IT!!
Emily - When you take a print, you will always be prompted to either record a video or (with the new update) select a gif to go with it. You can scan back the photo to view this. We love this feature because we think it makes Prynt special and different from other photo printers. Check it out when you get a chance and let us know what you think. :)

As I have written here several times, please make the video optional. Maybe you will read the feedback I filled in. The gif is a step in the right direction, but at least let me put in a static image, emoticon or text
Who scans a Prynt picture? Didn't even know it was a thing. The quality is quite poor, so why exactly would one do that?
Hi Emily! The "key" is necessary so that you have the best experience possible when you scan a Prynt picture. It helps detect an image and play a video on top of it. We are working on how to make it as transparent as possible, or even customizable.
That being said, we truly appreciate your feedback and we will be sure to pass it along to the rest of the team.
I put this in the survey, but why are you watermarking the prints? Watermarks are for copyright, not marketing. You don't own my photo, you shouldn't be watermarking it.
