I've received the message that my case was shipped more than 40 days ago and still I am not able to track it in the website. What's wrong? The order is already months delayed... that's not nice to all your supporters! =(
My prynt case is not working and the red light remain on even charger is unplugged. I tried reset button but still not working. I would like to ask for a refund. It's a total rip off!
I got my case but NO APP!!! Please send me the link for the App!!! The case is useless without the APP!!!

Prynt is made for iPhone 6s iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy S4. We hope to add more compatibility soon! I'm so excited that Prynt is finally shipping, just in time to take pictures of my newborn who is due in January. I just wanted to ask if the pink and blue Prynts are ready to ship or if there is still a delay on those? Or should I also get a tracking number email in a few days? Thank you!

I've ordered a white Prynt case on January 27, the estimated delivery date was August 2015. I still have not received a shipping notice yet and I'm a little worried that the case will not make it to Germany in time for Christmas, which would render it useless. I'm among the first backers, so why hasn't my case shipped yet?
Hi Mike! Sorry you don't feel like you've gotten enough notice — Kickstarter's system is supposed to email everyone whenever we post an update. Per the email you saw, we have a very limited quantity of additional units available for new orders, which will of course ship AFTER you all receive your products!

I haven't heard anything about shipping but I just got an email saying if I order one from the website by December 17 I'll have it by Christmas. WTF? I also never received the t-shirt you said shipped to everyone this summer (or a notice of it shipping) but I don't care about a t-shirt. My address and other info is up to date (has been since the first day you asked for it).
It would be nice if there was some better communication from your team to your backers instead of just a blog post.
Also I still haven't receive a direct message from the team in regards to the T-shirt problem?

Thank you very much for making this video! It makes me feel much closer with the prynt team and feel like I'm not actually just purchasing a product but joining this creative journey as well! I can't wait for the final product and good job with everything! I was just wondering do we receive everything, including t-shirts and extra papers, or just the case alone? Also, do I still have to chance to add another case onto my backerkit and is colour pink/blue available? And I just found one spelling mistake on my shipping address, can I still change it as I haven't receive any information on the tracking number.

Hello! First off, thank you for working so hard for us to receive our cases. I think I can speak on everybody's behalf in being very excited!! And so my question is, back when I pledged for the print case months back, I also pledged an extra, I believe $25 or $50, (whichever one that gives you the addition 10 prynt papers) and I was wondering if those would be coming in with the print cases themselves, or will that be on another shipment?

Hi I know it's only Dec. 08 but I did not receive and email with tracking number. My niece received her item and she ordered her product months after we me. I don't mean to be impatient but......
I know that you guys are working hard to get all orders out and I can appreciate the uncertainties with doing something like this for the first time, however, that leaves us with a difficult dilemma come Christmas. I have not received any emails from you at all regarding a ship date, delay, or anything. This is very disappointing. I am not sure what to do as my daughter was asking for a Polaroid camera and I was getting this for her instead..... since she doesn't even know this product exists I don't want to tell her before she has it in her hands as I wanted it to be a surprise and also wanted her to receive it when my other kids were home from college, nor do I want to disappoint her by not getting her anything..... I really wish I had known far in advance about the white vs color issue and I would have changed my order to white. Any approximate date for when I will be receiving mine? I ordered a blue case and was supposed to be in the second shipment. These delays are very disappointing since they were originally promised in October.

I received an email a couple of weeks ago saying my pry R was shipped, charges have gone through my charge card and yet it has not turned up ???????
@Ileana, they told me that blue and pink cases would be shipped out mid December. Hope that helps.
