Its been 3 months I got email that the shipment has been sent yet there is no clue. The tracking service provided is one the worst I have ever seen as it does not have any update. Please solve this or provide refund if you cant ship.

Dear Prynt team, I ordered the case for october/november, but now I'm having second thoughts on the color of the case. Is it possible for me to change the order?

When will you be shipping out?

Thierry - The updated estimated shipping date for your order is November 2015. If you plan on switching phones to another Pyrnt - compatible phone (iPhone 5/5C/5S/6 and Samsung Galaxy S4/S5), then you can update your survey responses via Backerkit up until a few weeks before we ship.

Hi. i understand your choice. The problem can come from a switch with an other phone as these link to the initial order.
have you an idea about the number of the week you think you can ship prynt Case ? i am writing from France. If you have this information , we can know approximately, until when we can say we change our phone.
      Thanks for your answer.

Trey & Eliza - We're so happy to hear you're excited about Prynt. Our team is working diligently to deliver the product as soon as possible!

Nicolas - Great question! The case will be slightly smaller & lighter :)

hi, if by the time pyrnt is ready but i have upgraded my phone can i op for the next batch of new pyrnt that can support the new phone?

    14. Ann-Marie Gargano on

Thank you for keeping us apprised with updates. Although it is a little (and I do mean little) disappointing, it is completely acceptable because of your awesome communication. I would rather a design upgrade being the reason for a delay rather than a product that you would deem not as good as you would like, to represent you and your company. Keep up the great work!

I agree the change seems reasonable, but I too purchased this item for a gift. The 6 week delay will push it out further than the date by which I need the gift.

So disappointment abounds. I probably would have preferred the less elegant 2 board product if it meant sticking to the original stated delivery schedule.

My guess is the one board solution ultimately results in lower production costs (over the long run . . . . ?), which is nice for Prynt, but perhaps not nice for customers who must now experience a delay?

I hope Prynt's Management redoubles their efforts to work through any final remaining issues and send the unit to production. I do still very much like the "idea" of the product and looking forward to receiving it. Appreciate the update - still hoping for a belated 2015 delivery.

It sounds like a really good change that you've made, however I had really, really hoped to have the prynt case in time for our wedding in November - we wanted to use it for creating our interactive guest book on the day. Now with the extra delay that doesn't seem possible. Is there any way that we could have our prynt case shipped in the October batch?

Does such change mean Prynt will be lighter, smaller or potentially more battery?

And btw, we appreciate your patience and understanding so much!! Thank you Prynt fans!!
