Hey Prynt backers!
How are you all? Things have been wild here at Prynt HQ lately. We’re pushing out lots of new features, but we also want to let you know that you are still our faves!
You’ve been part of our journey since the start and that means so much to all of us. We’ve been listening to your feedback and working hard to improve every aspect of the product, but we also want to hear more, so check out the survey at the end of this update for a chance to tell us what you think!
In the meantime, we have some updates that will make using your Prynt Case even more awesome! If you haven’t used Prynt in a while, make sure you download the latest version of our app (on the App Store or Google Play) to see the following:
1. Even better battery life!
We released a new firmware update last week that improves battery life even more! To install it, just connect the Prynt Case to your phone, turn it on, and play around with it until you see the pop-up letting you know the firmware update is available. You can also now check your Prynt Case's battery level when it’s charging; just connect your phone and open the app menu to see the status.
2. Bye-bye little white line
Okay, you know that little white border on one side of your Prynts? We finally fixed it! Install the firmware update to see that change, too.
3. New feature: add a GIF to any Prynt
Instead of being asked to record a video when you select a photo from your gallery, you can now choose awesome animations to express your feelings about the moment! Here's how it works:

Reminder: if your photos are still printing too dark, tap the camera screen to adjust the brightness manually before taking a picture. You can also adjust the brightness after shooting with the edit tool.
