You have joined a mysterious company.
Here, you and your employees will manage various creatures.
Wrong instructions given to your employees can lead them into horrible deaths.
They will murder their fellow coworkers and commit suicide by opening up the containment chambers in panic.
To prevent such things from happening, you will have to manage the monsters in a right way and expand the company's facility with energy collected from them.
Our motives were inspired from games and movies such as 'SCP series', 'Cabin in the woods', and 'Warehouse 13'.
Our team was inspired by monsters and creatures from myths, urban legends, fairy tales, folklore and Cthulhu mythos. We thought:
"What if these beings out of legends were real and what will it be like to be working in a company that manages them?".
This thought eventually became our core motive and we wanted to transfer the nervous atmosphere of walking on thin ice hidden behind another peaceful day of work at the company managing various monsters into our game. Creatures simply being brutal and destructive will be the last thing you'll find in our game.
Game development is processed with the Unity 3D engine and it will be available on PC which supports both Windows and Mac users.
t will be released through Steam's green-light system. We hope to gain your support as much as possible!

Company of monster management
- Be the company's administrator who is in management of various creatures.
Various monsters and creatures
- You will be managing numerous creatures that appears in legends, myths, urban legends and ghost stories
Going to work, leaving the office and fulfilling a day's objective
- As you have guessed, you have been employed by Lobotomy Corp. You have a day's requirement of energy generation level to fulfill each day. If you fail, you have to start the game all over again.
- But don't worry! Even if your game is initialized when the game is over, your encyclopedia will remain the same.
Employees with their unique characteristics and traits
- In order to manage dangerous creatures, you will need all the help you can get. Hire employees, give them a job, and promote them when they produce good results. The more they gain experience, the more they will become an expert on their job with unique styles.
- To manage these complicated ill-natured monsters, you will have to try many methods of operation as possible and see which brings out the best outcome.
- Your ignorance on the creature's escapement will cause a chain reaction of calamity. Because once they're released, you will see how the facility will turn into hell itself.
Panic and deaths
- When your employees experience panic, they might commit suicide. Also, they could release the chambers that contains monsters with possibility of murdering their coworkers in the process. When they do die, they will retire. Permanently.
- Who are you? What is the story behind this company's creation and the events which occurs at your daily workplace? You will have to find out yourself.
Observation and Encyclopedia
- Encyclopedia of the "Abnormality" is like a ray of light in a dark cave. Although it's not perfect, it will guide you with the information it contains. Fill the encyclopedia with the information gathered through observations.
- Nothing is more important than updating and renewing your encyclopedia through close observation for constant management.
- There is no tutorial. Everything you need will be shown in a manual and we STRONGLY recommend you to read the manual before you proceed.
Lobotomy Corporation is an energy company that was founded in 2020. Our company has been creating more energy than the days of fossil fuels without causing any pollution to our planet.
It's about time that we stop destroying Mother Nature with industrial developments. We aim to reduce the rate of fossil fuel pollution and carbon dioxide levels with our new energy source.
You must be fully aware of our company's business matter by now. However, how we create the new nature-friendly energy source is kept under the veil. The following papers you are about to see are X-1 security-level graded documents that are strictly forbidden to open public.
Do you believe in Abnormalities? We bet that you don't.
However monsters of myths, beings out of fairy tales and things out of nightmares that you once believed to be fiction does exist in our world. We have named these beings as "Abnormalities" and they exists in various shapes and sizes that you can possibly imagine.
These creatures emit energies which our company uses it as our energy source. We have gone through many trials and errors to classify numerous numbers of Abnormality's into groups.
The most important grouping is based on their 'Threat level'. This level indicates how the "Abnormality" can be a threat to human beings either directly or indirectly
"Abnormalities" are mainly divided into four categories which are HumanType, Machines, Tool-forms and Ethereal. You might be able to discover more forms of "Abnormalities" that our company has yet to discover.
Then how do we manage these creatures?
Well, you have to know about them first!
At first, you will go through many hardships. But eventually, you will get used to the job and gain the ability to observe and examine. Through this process, you can gather intelligence on them and update your encyclopedia with new data. Examined "Abnormalities" will reveal more secrets about them. However, this procedure depends on each employee’s capability. The more you know about them, the easier your job becomes.
Light up ignorance with knowledge!
Our company's employees are divided into three main categories.
First of them are the 'managers'. They are specially trained for management of "Abnormalities". They're in charge of the "Abnormalities'" health. Also, they play the most important role on capturing the escaped "Abnormalities". 'Managers' play the most significant role out of all job positions but this also means they are the ones who are most frequently replaced because of death.
Seconds are the 'Clerks' who are specialized in running our company's facilities. They repair damages done by the "Abnormalities" and sometimes clean the corridors full of corpses and blood. They are not related to management of the "Abnormalities" in any way, which means that they will only die when they encounter with an "Abnormality".
Lastly, there is Special Squadron. They are not our official employees, but more of a mercenary group. These people are only sent in as a last resort when the situation gets out of hand. The Special squadron's job is to “purify” corrupted facilities.
If you are not confident about keeping this chaos under control, then call the Rabbit. This 'Rabbit' is the most brutal and quickest team out of all the Special squads. They will take care of anything either it be a fast moving abnormalities or an employee who has gone insane.
Also, they will silence any living form; either "Abnormality" or our employees, with death. Their ideal is to “remove the poison at the arm before it spreads to the body”
According to our personnel manager Dr. Zoon who is also an expert on organizational psychology, each employee has their own values and they are divided into four different types.
Suitable positions for each employees are decided depending on their value. Furthermore, it also decides an individual's reaction in certain situations. Above all situations, panic is the biggest obstacle on our employee’s welfare. We will inform you later with further details.
In order to manage the "Abnormalities" in a proper way, you will have to get some work done beforehand. Because you won't have enough time even for a sip of coffee with your legs on the office desk.
But first, we strongly recommend you to read the manual
at least ten times before you proceed. And we seriously mean it.
At first, you won't have any information on "Abnormalities". You will have to speculate each "Abnormalities'" characteristic by its appearance and behavior and decide which action is best suited for the creature based on the manual.
Select the right method for each "Abnormalities" energy collection process and place an employee who seemed to be best suited for the job. As you watch over the procedure, you will soon see that two-third of your employees may have died out in the process.
At the end of the day, you will be reported with a graph showing the results of today's work. See if choices you made brought out the best outcome through reviewing results. There are many other methods and choices you can make for the energy extraction process. They could be discovered, or can be done through tedious trial and error.
Our facility has many departments. Well to be precise, it exists in a form of blueprint. After you have met the day's quota of energy extracted from the "Abnormalities", you can open up new departments with the leftover energy.
This is how you open up a new department. Also, each department has its unique features that will help you on your quest on unlocking every department that our facility allows.
This is the situation that should never happen. Yes, an "Abnormality" will try to escape with various methods. They may disguise as one of our employees, or they can simply destroy our facility and slaughter our people. There were some reports that they even lure people into corruption.
Fortunately, there are two ways of stopping the escaped "Abnormality". One of them is to send in 'managers' to subdue the creatures. As mentioned before, they are well trained and experienced to deal with violent "Abnormalities".
However, this depends on whether you gave them the right instructions. Sometimes, you will have no choice but to send in the 'Special Squadron' when the situation gets out of hand even though you made the right choices.
Can we bring back the dead back into our world? The answer is no and everyone knows that. When someone dies, that's the end.
Our company has the most advanced technologies and equipment. However, we do not know how to raise the dead. It could be possible with the help of an "Abnormality", but such instances are yet to be reported.
Every human has a mind of their own. This indicates that our employees can go through mental breakdown and panic when they are mentally traumatized.
And when they do, they show various patterns of behaviors. The most common one is to freeze on the spot, break into running, and screaming. They may commit suicide or attempt to murder their fellow workers. There are other cases where panicked employees try to release the containment chambers of other "Abnormalities", showing the ill-natured behavior of not wanting to die alone.
Committing suicides over and over after seeing the cold bodies of their coworkers.
Well joking aside, but this case has happened before.
'Disposal' of employees
There are employees who just simply cannot be suppressed. There are also an out-of-hand situations where the corrupted tries to infect the others. When this happens, you can use one of the administrator's authority, which is a 'Disposal'. This 'disposal' is classified from most employees. As the word says it, you can dispose of your employees when it's needed. Do not let the others witness the process of 'disposal', since they don't think that high authorities such as administrator can kill them with ease.
There are many things to do. But don't worry! Our competent AI named Angela will be by your side to aid you. She will suggest solutions to your problem in a detailed way. Also, having a short conversation with her before work will brighten your day.

Project Moon "Project Moon" is the name of our indie game development team. We want to spread out the joy of playing a game and give lingering images of many heart moving moments with the games we have developed. Members of 'Project Moon' s formed of university graduates and those who still haven't. We have been developing game named since January back in 2015.
Our dream and goal is to complete the game that is currently under development and establishing our own studio in the near future. Philosophy regarding to our game development is to create a small world just for us and the others through communication and playing our game filled with refined joy and messages.

A year has passed since we started developing our current game. Our game was able go under development with the help of Korea's funding website named 'Tumblbug'.
Meanwhile, since our activity was limited to Korea, we started to get curious about how the other people around the globe will think about our game. So we decided to show our game to the people around the world by putting our game up on Kickstarter.
Also, this could stabilize our financial problems in the process. Our main goal is releasing the game on Steam. In order to reach our dream, we thought that getting as much feedback and support around the globe is necessary. Also, raising funds will raise the game's quality and continuous development possible.
If Kickstarter and the community shows a positive reaction and strong support towards our game, we will be able to develop and release the game with more passion and confidence ever than before.
Risks and challenges
< Our first work of development >
We used to develop much more simpler games back in our days of club activities as an university students. <Lobotomy Corp> which is under development, is our first attempt at developing full-length game. It might look unstable and risky since there is a first time for everything. However, this also means more passion for the challenge. We will break through any hardship with our passion for the game's development until it is released.
< Development time and release date >
Guideline has always existed for our plans of schedules. Only it was that it was delayed due to unexpected situation and personal reasons. However, we are working on development of our game with the thought of 'taking one step back to go two steps forward'. We can't promise you a fast release date of our game. But what we CAN promise you, is a game with good quantity and quality.
< Elements of enjoyment >
A judgement on the game's elements of enjoyment can be blurred and faded as the time of development extends over a long period of time. We are trying our best to make our game entertaining as much as possible for those who plays it by improving key elements such as concepts, directions, storyline and main systems. To keep on sharp of our judgement, we promise to get many feedback as much as possible through ways such as 'early access' and 'demo' plays to take improvement of our game a step closer to perfection.
