IGDA curation, Android, and onto the final week!
We're now rolling into our last week. Things have slowed down a bit, but we're close to our final stretch goal of 14k and I'm sure that if we pull together and start spreading the word as best we can that we can make it. I've got a couple neat little updates for you all.
First, I'm proud to say that we've been chosen by the IGDA to appear on their curated projects page! Thanks so much to the IGDA for selecting our project to display, as well as to help us get the word out.
Secondly, you might be wondering what we've been up to while the Kickstarter has been in progress. As tempting as it is to just sit around and mash F5 all day, we've been hard at work on the game to make sure it's finished and ready for a spring release. I personally have been putting the finishing touches on the current stable version of the engine and have begun running tech demos on some of the numerous platforms we're supporting.
Currently, the engine is already up and running on PC and Android (shown below running on my Nexus 7 tablet). Theoretically, it should also be ready to go on Ouya, but the current build is fresh off the repo and I haven't had time to test it yet. Right now, we're prioritizing porting the engine based on what testing devices we have on hand. Once the Android and Ouya ports are smoothed over, it'll be on to Windows RT (hopefully sometime this weekend).
Thanks again for all your support and please help us in the final and most important week of our campaign!
