We have a few options currently, with more on the way.
1. Adjust your resolution of the background
2. Adjust the resolution of your hands (independently from the background)
3. Switch enemies from Dynamic Sprites to 3D
4. Fully Adjustable FOV from 30 to 120
All Audio in our game is still first pass. Mike and I don't specialize in sound design, and therefor will need some assistance when it comes to that. If the kickstarter succeeds, sound design is on our list of expenses.
