Hello-o-o-o-o-o Heroes!

Thanks to you, we’re over 1,000 backers strong and over 40% of the way there! We couldn’t have gotten this far without all of you, and we want to keep showing our gratitude. Let’s kick off this colorful update, shall we?

Last Day for Class Voting EVER

It's down to the wire, but there's still time to cast your vote for the remaining 4 classes of Hex Heroes. Pick from these 8: Archer, Bard, Elementalist, Necromancer, Shifter, Wizard, Angel, and Berserker.

You'll have until Midnight (PST), so head to our backers-only update for the password, then to the survey at http://monkeysurvey.com/s/HexClassVoting2.

Don’t Barf

You may have been wondering where we've been the last few days. Never fear, we’ve been working overtime to give you a taste of our cameo models! Take a look, and tell us what you think of them in the comments:

Cameo Ho!

Welcome our newest cameo appearance Cyrus from the Breakout-RPG mashup game, Wizorb. When it was released in 2011, we were hooked on the fresh take from a classic like Breakout. Tribute Games, the developers from Montreal, Canada, just released their newest game (another Kickstarter success) Mercenary Kings on Windows and PS4. We're excited to see what Tribute Games will come up with next, and we're happy to welcome Cyrus into the Hex Heroes growing family.

Shoutout Time

And for another neat-looking game, give Popup Dungeon a look. Here's what the guys over at Triple.B.Titles have to say about their project:

"Popup Dungeon is a roguelike digital board game in a papercraft style that lets you create any weapon, ability, enemy, or hero you can imagine. Its turn-based, tactical RPG gameplay is inspired by Final Fantasy Tactics and Dungeons and Dragons board games. Delve into the dungeon alone or play with friends through online and hot seat coop multiplayer. You never know what lurks in the dark..."

That’s all for today, you lovely backers. As always, remember to spread the word! We’ve got some fun stuff to reveal tomorrow, so stay tuned :D

@Prismatic Games: That makes sense. Now the difficult thing will be to find an according class for all of them. Will all the Grumpies be knights, or are you thinking on one specific role per character? That would definitely be awesome, though it seems more challenging to do than what it is only to imagine.

@Eric Russo: Good call, the main page could use some sprucin' up. Thanks!

Both models look great, guys :) Will you be updating the main page to showcase them, as well? That might entice a few more backers!

@Raül Meroño Pericas: Good question! We think it's best if the skins stay attached to the class they best represent. That way there won't be any confusion about what a given person is playing :)

Rusty looks GREAT! Have a great weekend, all!

The cameo models look amazing. And Cyrus is more than welcome to the roster!

Will the cameo skins be strictly attached to a speciffic class, or will we be able to use them at our convenience?
