@Charles, I've just checked into your help ticket, and I can see the last reply sent to you was yesterday. The reason the help desk have sent you multiple emails is that they thought you were asking for links and codes to specific items in each email you sent.

Please note that the access codes to your pledge were sent to you last year and are still in your Kickstarter inbox. I can see you have logged in and used the codes on some items already. You just need to go back to this Kickstarter Email and get these codes or ask the help desk to re-send you all your codes and download links via email

Once the items are in your download section, you can re-download them and any future updates.

I kow it's a long shot get any others response on here now but after recently looking at what I actually got from this kickstarter after 8 months I found that I was missing most of the stretch goals for WWII + Stone Ruins. I contacted the company and the person on the other end tried to be helpful and actually got me more of the missing items but it took 8 emails and STILL something is missing and then it looks like they blocked my email!! Nothing short of fucking ridiculous at this point.

@Andrew, the Aztec Ruins were part of the Sci-Fi Pledge. Another backer answered your question last time so I thought that was OK.

    22. Andrew Head on November 4, 2016

Since I didn't get a reply last time, Once again I ask this...

So what set is the Aztec Ruins supposed to go with, because my code does not work on it? My Pledge is the WW2 Ruins and the Stone Ruins. I would think the Aztec Ruins would fall under the Stone Ruins. IS this the case?

For people looking for an affordable, workhorse printer, and who live in the USA, monoprice has a sale today on their maker select v2 printer. This is a clone or OEM version of the Wanhao Duplicator i3. I have used one to print and it is solid and goes as well as 100 microns. It has a heated bed standard, but I would suggest building some form of enclosure if you plan on printing a lot of ABS.
The code to give 15% off is maker15. It is $330 with free shipping and now another 15% off, so under $300.

Two photos sent. Also, the roof tiles are coming out really stringy. Extruder set at 210 centigrade. Is that too hot, or too cool> Or is that due to something else?

Ok, I did a test of the village cottage. Bottom level was fine, Roof is warped on one side, but temps look to have been stable throughout. Is there something I should do to prevent warping? Printbed temp is 60 degrees centigrade.

@Rhett, You need to use a 'Slicer' this is a program that you use to make the stl ready for printing, It allows you to controls how its printed and set things like detail level etc. Your printer should come with one, if not then get Cura from ultimaker, it's free.

Help! My pre-loaded test prints went fine, but now I can't get the .stls to print. I guess it can only read gcode files? So what do I need to do to get it to recognize .stl files?

Just want to give some feedback on the Rampage system test items:
I printed some items in 100% scale and some in 60%. Both were done with .2mm layer height and they printed perfect. It is so much fun to play around with them and build your creations. Feels a little bit like Lego.

I can't wait to see what you will bring up for the new system!

I hope there will be roofs too? And perhaps a way to clip different levels together?

    44. Hamish, The Collector on October 20, 2016

@Printable Scenery - would you consider making some race-based terrain in the future? Such as an Orc Hut, Elf Terrace, or an Dwarf Brewery?
