Postcard Galactic is a Tiny game of Galactic Intrigue. It has a bit more depth than my previous Kickstarter, Postcard Dungeons, but can still be played in under an hour. It's an extremely portable game because the entire thing is printed on several postcards.
Postcard Galactic is an Asymmetrical Strategy, Dice Placement and Resource Management game that can by played by 2 or more players and lasts about an hour. Solo play will not be available unless co-op is opened in Tier 2 of the stretch goals.
Postcard Galactic requires 6 six sided dice (D6s) for each player that have a color unique to each player. THESE DICE DO NOT COME WITH THE GAME.
Each player chooses a Postcard representing one of the various factions of the Grand Galactic Empire, now in a state of flux since the Empress mysteriously disappeared. Each faction has its own abilities and victory goals, changing the game depending on which factions are in play.
You choose which assets of your faction to buy and improve as you seek the throne. Each decision is important as the game moves quickly toward resolution, and each noble, agent, or technology you buy gives you access to new abilities and resources.
Force your opponents into an alliance by buying assets on their faction cards and then using those same assets against them. Raid those who are pulling ahead. Plan a strategy that ends with you claiming the most victory points, and the throne!
Only one sentient being can sit upon the Astatine Throne of the Grand Galactic Empire, make sure your Scion is the only possible choice and rule a galactic dynasty for centuries!
If funding is successful, the basic game will come with 3 Faction Cards (Tesseract Engineers, Cabal Cybernetique, and The Prime Legion) and a rules reference card. Stretch goals will open more factions, up to 7 total if all the goals for Tier 1 are met.

This will be my second Kickstarter and my fourth postcard sized game. I've learned from earlier projects and I have a detailed plan to send out everything I am promising to send out. If you check my previous Kickstarter - Postcard Dungeons - you will also see that I am active in the comments section and do my best to make sure that every backer who has a question is answered and that everyone gets their pledge.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
