Still using it every day. Still looks like new. Still the best wallet I've ever used.

I still have not received anything and it seem like a lost case. Can you please provide me with a refund.

    6. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on July 12, 2013

@kwokchan We're so sorry to hear that your CNCH has still not made it to Hong Kong. We've sent two separate orders on two separate occasions. I am at a loss for ideas as to why it has not shown up. With that said, we are committed to being sure you receive the product you paid us for. Otherwise, we will issue you a full refund.

    7. kwokchan on July 12, 2013

I still have not received anything from you. I kind of given up on your guys but just in case you actually did try to send me the wallet.

      Hello All,
By now it looks like most all of our backers have received their CNCH minimalist wallets. While the domestic orders were received in a few days after they shipped; we had a large number of international backers. Sometime international shipments can take longer than expected, especially due to customs, etc. It looks like most of the longer shipments have finally arrived. A wait well worth it. For whatever reason you have not yet received your order please email us and let us know. PortsmithCo at Gmail dot Com

      Thanks for being Rad!

    9. kwokchan on May 15, 2013

OK. I just sent you my info.

      Many thanks!

    10. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on May 6, 2013

I'd be happy to send another your way but I'd like to include your full name on the package this time. We did not have that for the last shipment. Please message us with your first and last name and we will get the package in the mail immediately.

    11. kwokchan on May 6, 2013

OK. I still haven't received my wallet, I have never had to wait this long even via regular post. Can you please send me other one. Many thanks!

    12. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on April 27, 2013

International orders take some time to be delivered. If it doesn't show up soon we will send another. So sorry for the delay, I hope it shows up soon for you.

    13. kwokchan on April 18, 2013

I still haven't received mine and I have already sent to email regarding this. Can you please find out what has happen. I get the shipment notification about a month ago. Thanks

I was going to make another video and I'm sorry for the delay. The holiday weekend proved to be quite busy. I will get a video up very soon I can assure you. Thanks....

    18. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on April 2, 2013

      Hey Lucas,

Your CNCH is not really stuck in Jamaica, NY. The issue is that USPS shipments are not trackable once they leave the states. It'd be nice to us UPS or FedEx so they could be tracked but that costs almost as much as the product itself. Hang tight. It should be there soon.

Lucas Young on April 1, 2013

Received tracking and it's been stuck at this since

    20. Sagar Shah on March 31, 2013

anyupdate on the video? Is it possible otherwise to sort it out and possibly swap the one you've mailed me as maybe it's a one-off that just is a bit exceptionally tight?

    21. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on March 29, 2013

Sorry to hear you elastic is extremely tight. I'm not sure how you look for your cards but we can provide a post on how to use it. I will post a link here when the video is uploaded. Thanks....

    22. Sagar Shah on March 29, 2013

Still feels extremely tight on the elastic -- very difficult to take cards/cash in and out -- quite tasking actualy - can you please instruct specifically on how to work it in so it is easier to manage?

    23. Sagar Shah on March 26, 2013

A video would be nice actually if its not too much trouble. Really appreciate your help and responses to all of us.

    24. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on March 25, 2013

Sagar, Thanks for the kind words! Glad you love your CNCH! And great question. What you have on your hands is a freshly crafted high quality black elastic 'keeper' and you have the extreme privilege of 'breaking' it in. Give it a few days of normal use and it will loosen up just enough and your user experience will truly be most enjoyable. To speed up the process try 'thumbing' a few cards up and then stacking them back in by sliding then back down into the keeper from the top down sliding against the keeper. Let us know how it goes...I can provide a short video if needed but I think you'll get the hang of it and enjoy the process.

Enjoy your new wallet and let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks for being RAD!

    25. Sagar Shah on March 25, 2013

I also received mine just today -- it's a great, fantastic product but my only gripe is the extreme tightness of the elastic around my oak. I have only 5 cards and two dollar bills in it and almost impossible to take out anything without having to remove every card from the wallet :-/. Can you provide any suggestion? Would the elasticity of the wallet increase with time or is it designed to not loosen up at all?
thanks though on a great product otherwise -- it is quality.

    26. Andrew Gartner on March 25, 2013

I just wanted to let you guys know how impressed I am with the product and your incredible timely fashion of getting it to me. I had gotten used to seeing messages about delays and such and was overjoyed to see your message about early shipping. Received the product today and am VERY pleased. VERY VERY PLEASED.

    27. Derek Poore on March 25, 2013

Super functional. Does exactly what it says.

@Ronald, I also started putting loyalty cards and all those other cards in my console of my car. If I need one, I just grab it out of there. It makes it way easier. That way I just carry my everyday cards.

    30. Ronald Frick on March 21, 2013

But I don't have an IPhone so the Blackberry makes things so much more complicated

    31. Ronald Frick on March 21, 2013

      Thanks Adam. Very helpful

    32. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on March 21, 2013

Ronald - So glad you got yours today! When figuring out how to reduce your cards... that is truly a task. I laid all of my cards out on the counter and put them into piles of cards I use everyday and cards I use rarely and cards I never used. I put the cards that I use daily into the CNCH and got rid of the cards and paper, etc that I never use that I was needlessly carrying around for years. I'll give you a tip for your shopper/store loyalty cards... There are many iPhone apps that allow you enter all of your loyalty cards and even generate a bar code to present a check out. This allowed me to carry only my essential cards and a few loyalty store tag cards on my keychain. Check out Key Ring app....It's easy. The other tip I will give you: There is nothing wrong with switching up the cards you carry day to day. If I go on a trip i bring more cards than I would normally carry and most times I keep personal on one side and business or cash on the other.

As far as how to use the integrated bottle opener in the stainless steel CNCH - There is a picture 1/2 way down on this page.
*All you need to do is shift your cards down and roll the black elastic keeper down to expose the bottle opener. Pop the cap, roll the elastic keeper back up and slide your cards back up. Then enjoy your beverage. In a pinch...use the CNCH. The opener is perfectly concealed behind for your cards for the occasional times when you require access to frosty beverages and you wow your friends at the same time. ...Because you saved the day!

    33. Ronald Frick on March 21, 2013

Got mine today. Just still cannot figure out how to reduce the number of credit and store cards I carry and how to use the bottle opener when the wallet is full

    34. Kyle N on March 18, 2013

No problem Joshua! Thanks for the input, I figured it'd be fairly easy to do so but I was just wondering if it'd interfere with the structure for any reason. And now my concerns are alleviated, looking forward to having the CINCH soon!

    43. Portsmith Co. 2-time creator on February 18, 2013

@Amit A hole for keys could easily be added to the backbone. Although we would prefer that you see the CINCH first and use it before having a hole drilled through it. That is a relatively easy process that anyone with a drill and sharp bit can accomplish.

@ Andrew Baston, the only difference was that there was a limited amount at the $20 level as an Early Bird special. I believe it was added a few days into the campaign.

    48. Andrew Baston on February 15, 2013

What is the difference b/w the $20 pledge and the $25 pledge? They are both the oak wallet correct?
