Many more features in the works
Our goal is to deliver you an amazing experience with Portal, and we are working hard to develop many more new features; some so cool that we have to keep them under wraps for now.  It takes alot of very detailed engineering work and rigorous testing before a feature meets our demanding standard for release, and this takes time.  Thank you for your patience and understanding, and please keep sending us your feedback.

Thank you,

the Portal team.

So, I received mine in November. I had ordered oxblood. I was sent a black one. When I emailed about this, I ended up in a lengthy thread that played like "who's on first". No matter what, they (whoever they are), continued to misunderstand and think I ordered black, but got oxblood.

After a while, they seemed to finally understand, but no one has gotten back to me since.
      Still waiting.......

Maybe it will be worth purchasing in December...

Just got mine today, and it seems to be faster than my previous Router.. I am a little disappointed at the sheer lack of built-in features at this time. Since this was OpenWRT based, I had assumed that it would be much more feature complete. The lack of IP Reservations just astounds me...Thankfully it's scheduled to be in next weeks firmware update.

Is there someway to be notified when a firmware upgrade has been released?

Got mine today, set it up and I love it already. Setup was super easy, and the timing was perfect because I've moved to a high traffic zone according to my ISP. Can't wait for the new features. Slight bug for me on setup I had to restart the app to create my network after initial setup. Great work team!

Same for me. I have not yet received a unit so how I ti make firmware updates?

Hi I was wondering if you could check to see if my unit had shipped. I saw an update about the units of the group I donated in shipping but I haven't seen the package.
