@the Florian Trout The game is due for release late summer 2017. Were you not aware that you are funding this project and not simply ordering a product?

A round of applause for AnEnemy.

    3. AnEnemy on April 19, 2017

I would establish my settlement there. You're talking with a man that ripped off a beautiful sweet kind woman's panties and been confronted by a nugget of shit stuck to her butt. Did I falter? No.

I told her hold that pose, excused myself to the bathroom and wiped it off with her none the wiser.

Cock fields and pussy willows. Come at me bro.

Where is my game? I ordered this over a month ago!

How about limiting transactions like they do with first runs...I mean doubling the price of something to "help" is pure bs. (A prime example of that was Mary post she was selling me her Percival for maybe 5$ dollars more or something which truly tells you this person is not maliciously out to make a buck at the expense of my misfortune.)

I know that some people might buy figures for friends but I guess it can prevent scalpers from controlling the market. This problem happens in MMOs as well, the only answer is to flood the existing market with lower prices. Which brings us back to anEnemy's argument about having more minis...but then the niche aspect of KDM will suffer...however, then again how Indie are we really?...we are a very tight but loud minority in the TTG community.

    7. AnEnemy on April 18, 2017

New terrain idea. Cock fields. Stop and smell them.

@AnEnemy yep you are completely right.

    10. AnEnemy on April 18, 2017

Expecting them to fulfill everything in this KS AND overhaul their retail apparatus might just be a tad unreasonable no matter how sad we are about it.

    11. AnEnemy on April 18, 2017

Mmm well we'd all love more availability. I imagine it's a tough balancing act for such a small company.

A lot of KDs customers are...odd. They don't build. They don't paint. They buy as many models as they can and sit on them...then sell or use them for trades.

And they don't recognize that they're part of the problem. You'll see one dude in a FB group complain about low availability and scalpers while simultaneously having sell threads open on the Night Market. The logical hoops people jump through to convince themselves that they're not scalpers is hilarious. I've literally seen someone make the case that because he sells brand new release models for ONLY twice the price that he's just doing it to help other fans out...

If Poots does what people want; sell more units and stock units in European warehouses then his costs go up.

Those costs have to be weighed against all the non Americans that buy from resellers to avoid the higher than cost overseas shipping rates and four to five week wait times for orders.

I think it's a safe bet for Poots to print more RPG class models, but when you look at last month's Visionaries and this month's POS you can see that not everything sells at the same rate.

Although I don't really get why he removes items from the store when they're still in stock. That's just...mmm yeah.

    12. Gorbag The Ancient on April 18, 2017

@AnEnemy maybe Poots should do something about it.its getting out of hand. I have a feeling some people are making more money than the store..

    13. AnEnemy on April 18, 2017

When you have a market of more than 19k people and you sell 1000 of something the scalpers don't have to push anything. They literally double or triple their money the second they finish their order from the KD webstore.

On one model release, only about 350 units sold on the grey market will out earn what KD did off that model.

@all : thank for your answers ! I'll wait another 2 weeks and if nothing shows up I'll send an email to support ;)

    15. Gorbag The Ancient on April 18, 2017

70 euros for the spring dice on eBay..Scalpers are pushing it...Lol..

    16. Possessor of the Voodoo underpants on April 18, 2017

@Djulian. My first order to uk took 5-6 weeks to UK. Then the postie didn't leave a card through my door telling me to go pay my customs feebefore I could have my parcel so it got sent back. My second order took 3.

    17. Clark Collaborator on April 18, 2017

@Djulian D'Jack of the UaPaDanAaTanE Clan send a message to if you are having trouble with the website.

    18. AnEnemy on April 18, 2017

@Djulian It takes them about two weeks to process orders now because of the sellouts. So theoretically your package should be arriving soon. You should also be able to look up the status by referencing your shipping email or your account on the webstore.

@kingdomdeath : I ordered on the store some minis and spring death dice to France a month ago and I still haven't received my order. Is it normal ? Or do I have to reach to you coz it seems the support page doesn't work... Please, i think i rolled a 1 here T_T

    21. Dana Harrelson on April 18, 2017

@Frogdog even if it were changed on the PM to include the new dice as an option, then we could just swap colors. it'll be a wait for that wave to ship, but if it were to make it easier on their end... :D ahh yeah, everyone with a different set would be nice!

    22. AnEnemy on April 18, 2017

It was just a fart wasn't it?

    23. Brian Dewhurst on April 17, 2017

@K Shinto, its a piece that slots into the base, on mine it fit to the left of the minis feet (when you are looking at her from the front), next to where the skeleton behind her is attached to the base.

    24. Chuubi
      on April 17, 2017

@sharnofshaed: See, that is a practical application, ha ha. The knight would look awesome in some pants. I'm not bothered by the Necromancer's skirt mostly cause her entire gothic lolita outfit seems completely out of place anyway. I still love her though.

@K Shinto: I'll have to look at my mini when I get home from work. I remember there being a piece that I didn't know what to do with as well.

@Ed Leech, The Scribe is Hell to build too. lol

    28. Frogdog's Pandasaurus of Cinder on April 17, 2017

@Dana Yeah I'm kind of hoping for that as well, I picked up an extra set of dice with the PM but now have the easter set and to be honest if more are released I'll probably keep going till I have 4 different sets, so when playing with 4 people we each have our assigned dice (or can avoid using evil smushy dice that roll incorrectly often).

    29. Css on April 17, 2017

I would be ok with just the game lol

    30. nuke_morningstar on April 17, 2017

Really hoping we get 1.0 expansions by the end of the year as well...

    31. Dana Harrelson on April 17, 2017

@Kingdom Death is there any chance I could cancel a death dice add-on when the pledge manger opens up again? My wife surprised me with the Easter Dice set and didn't know that I had a set coming through the kickstarter. Also great idea, @KJ Phillips these colored dice sets are awesome and red would be a beautiful addition!

      Sirrealnes on April 17, 2017

@Rykian they would work i think. I picked the 2x2 ones because of the strength. I first tried the 1x1 and found them too weak.

    33. sharnofshaed on April 17, 2017

1x2mm magnets are taller than they are wide, but still have circle faces. They look like two 1x1mm magnets stacked together.

I prefer the pinup variants because I want to try my hand at sculpting them some pants, and underwear is a better base. Though the knight's skirt has grown on me, the necromancer's looks too much like something a teenager would wear to prom for me to take seriously.

    34. Chuubi
      on April 17, 2017

@Ed Leech: No kidding! She was stupid hard to build. One of the more frustrating ones I have done lately. She is gorgeous though.

I bought the pin-up versions of the knight and necromancer out of habit of grabbing one of everything, but the more I look at them, the more I realize that they just look better with skirts. The lack of clothing doesn't really add anything interesting to the model and makes them look a little flat. I have nothing against pinups in general, though. With the encore of the Visionary pinup a little while back, I now own all of them but the pin-ups arriving with this campaign. I even bought the Pinups of Death twice, lol.

    40. David Alexander on April 16, 2017

@Scott Baker, delayed response but top KD bands (or most horror games really) in no particular order.

1.) Timbe Timbre - Slightly better in southern gothic horror games, but it might be the least stressful thing on the list. Start with the Creep on Creepin On album.
2.) High on Fire - pretty much any of it works well really except Blessed Black Wings. Early stuff is very sludge-y metal, newer stuff tends to be busier, all of it is very KD in tone. Maybe start with the song Madness of an Architect.
3.) Lustmord - Kind of ambient metal? You get the idea quickly, probably start anywhere. There are lots of bands that do this, but I find that Lustmord works well because they incorporate a lot of real world sounds that your characters might actually be hearing.
4.) Black Angels - Start with the Passover album, but I pick and choose mostly. My neighbor who was a blackhawk pilot said that Passover was essentially the soundtrack to the Iraq war for him. Feels pretty Apocalypse Now.
5.) Goblin - Horror soundtrack band. I typically use their best of album
6.) Dalek - A rap group, but honestly I have always found them deeply unsettling (in a good way).
7.) Windhand - More sludge metal, but more sludgey (and therefore easier to listen to as background music (also they don't really use metal vocals)). Same appeal as Electric Wizard, but better IMO. Start anywhere.
8.) Necro Deathmort - Doom synth, think video game villain music. To a lesser extent the bands Carpenter Brut or Perturbator might work too.
9.) O'Death/Slim Cessna/Thingamajigsaw/Wovenhand/Munly - I mean, in a sense the settlement is a backwoods...well...settlement, so grim country kind of works here. O'Death is more backwoods death party until the album Outside (which is largely about their friend getting cancer), which is where I would start (with Outside I mean). For Cessna, start with SCAC 102 (best of album). Munly I would mainly recommend his Peter and the Wolf album. The other wherever. I cheated here because they are all very similar in appeal.
10.) Gustav Holst's The Planets. - Classical options are endless, but I feel like this gets at the weirdness of KD more than most.
Honorable mentions: Dark Dark Dark, Depeche Mode, Tomahawk, John Carpenter, Eliott Smith (I mean you are gonna be sad, may as well go all the way), The Walker Brothers, Clues

Lol fragile/delicate is an understatement for some! That Nevromancer is a bit of an ass to build too, but once done what a beautiful model.

I like the pinup of the necromancer to be honest but I do think to myself where did some of the clothes go lol so can understand why you may regret the purchase.

    44. Chuubi
      on April 16, 2017

@AnEnemy Agreed. I love the class sculpts that keep getting released (Necromancer ((non-pinup. I sort of regret buying the pin-up versions because I just don't like them very much : / )), Thief, and Bard are my faves), but I would LOVE to see male counterparts to them as well. And the whole set in plastic. I really want to use some of these as D&D minis, but the resin is too fragile.

    45. AnEnemy on April 16, 2017

So has anyone really talked about the fluff implications of the Gold Smoke Knight being added to the Core? He's from the Golden/Holy Lands originally iirc. Is this to lead into something else?
