Just received my package without tracking number. Had to pay 22€ import duties, so in total my podo wasn't any cheaper than the retail price at all (and got delivered 4 months late).
The worst is that l only received ONE podo and not the TWO l ordered and paid for.
I would really appreciate some feedback on this, but given the responsiveness of the creator over the last months I fear never to hear something about it again.
PS: I do not want to pay another 22€ import duties for your mistake.
@Michael - Let me start off by saying you are absolutely right. This is a crowdfunding effort and the product isn't live yet when we are investing. I have been backing a fair number of projects and in general they are delivering. Mainly with a delay, but that's completely understandable given the nature of the game.
The issue l have with this project is that there has been no communication for nearly two months now - not in the comment section, no updates, and no answer to the personal messages. I do believe that this shows disrespect to the backers (who helped them to get the product to the market).

@Michael: no complained actually. I'm the same as you, have faith. It's just that the one i have is broken at the "ball-joint" swiveling part. Which makes i can't make use to stick the camera anywhere i want. It just suddenly cracked and fell off when i was taking pictures. The camera itself is great. The most convenient travel camera i ever have.
@Peter: that round stuff isn't sticky, but i think it works as the padding to push the camera to be closest to the lens cover of the waterproof casing. Else than that, i'm not really sure.
Btw I funded 9 projects here on Kickstarter and on indigogo 4 projects. I've already received 5 of the 9 here on Kickstarter and 1 on 4 at indigogo. 1 is on its way as we speak and others will come at end here as well. Why??) Cause I have faith

Sometimes you are lucky and sometimes you don't. That's just how life is and how it works around here. Good luck to you all who wants all the money back.
Received my Podo!!! With all the belongings. Needed to pay taxes at the border of Belgium but that's OK. Typical Belgium to earn money of people that buy things. And it works perfectly for now. It was a long time waiting but I really don't mind it. Thx guys!!!

Got my waterproof casing. Thanks a lot creator. Got i t along with the sticky pads and the lanyard. I like this lanyard. It's equipped with mounts for the waterproof casing.

Guys - any responds would be appreciated. Everyone here helped you getting this product to the market. We all took a risk supporting a startup. You are 4 months late now, I have send multiple messages, lots of people have contacted you here, and you are completely ignoring everyone.
This is absolute ridiculous, very bad customer service and in my opinion you are not worth our support. It needs to come two ways. I do understand delayed deliveries, but I can not understand ignorance and not responding to your backers for over a month.
When you visited the office, did they inform you of the reason for the delay in sending the PODOS? Did you also tell us why you did not answer our questions?
Received my podos today. A couple of initial comments:
A) had to pay 22.40€ in import charges in the Netherlands. That's nearly 20% on top of the price that I had paid for both podos. You did not mention this on the campaign and it is misleading to customers.
B) the boxes of the podos are full of dings as they were sent in a simple enveloppe. Poor execution. What is more, I never received a tracking email or any email from the shipper, for that matter.
Podo team, are you going to refund the import charges?

I am really disappointed. I understand that is the risk if kickstarter, but i am kinda shocked about the image quality. Full of noise, the word sharp was invented after podo initiative.... it is hardly enough to look at it fully zoomes out on a smartphone screen, don't bother to export or print!
I find the idea still cool and all but even buying a cheap mini cam today gives me better quality. Therefore useless.

So I had the pleasure to stop by the Podo Labs office in San Francisco and got to meet some of the team yesterday. They're all really nice and Eddie walked me through some of my confusion about the usage.
1) I totally misunderstood how multiple Podos work. Since BT 4 can only connect to one device at a time, the library you're looking at is only displaying the photos on the Podo you're connected to. I'm not sure why I didn't realize that before. So I thought it wasn't working with both Podos, but it actually was. You have to switch between units to see their unique libraries.
2) Yeah, the Podo connection is a little wonky sometimes, some of that is due to the slowness of BT 4 (hopefully that will be faster in BT5), some of it is due to the software but they seem committed to improving that experience
I think they key thing is (once you receive your Podos) is to keep your expectations realistic. I think mine were somewhat out of line, but I do like the cameras and they work as intended.
I received my Podo 2 days ago (France) after 6 months waiting for it.... although it would be better to be noticed as expected....
Anyway... everything works well so far..

just received my podo (The Netherlands) needed to pay 20€ extra on import cost, put it on charger and connected it to iPhone 6s, I really like the way it makes pictures and movies, nice little bag with strap,
funny with the lights, only transferring to iPhone library takes a while, but we had patience to get this little gadget so I don't mind, it does what it needs to do. so far so good.

Product seems what was promoted.
No issues on pairing the 2 podos to my iPhone 6s.
Quite good app.
Image quality is 5mp image quality.
Funny solo mode.
Don't trust the sticker ��� be careful.
