As said before, agree with everything you said above except for the part about multiple copies. If anything, limit the amount of copies per backer to a low number. Do it in a way that will keep your sanity intact, and still allow for gift/back up copies to be pledged for.

I've been quietly hoarding extra copies of smaller games for a secret box.. And this will be the third game from you in that box... Just saying.

What about using the survey system from Kickstarter? Would that help the numbers?

I'm with Adam regarding multiple copies. Because of the price, these games makes great gifts for hosts and the like.
If you added pledge tiers for multiple copies (2, 5 and 10 seems well distributed) you could add that info to the envelopes you are printing making it easier to fill them and check them.

I agree with all of the above points, except one - multiple copies. These games are quite flimsy and I would really like a back-up copy for that fateful day when one gets ripped. You closed your webstore, so there doesn't seem to be a way to get replacement copies.
How about offering multiple pledge tiers? That way you do not have to calculate how many copies you should send me. If I selected the 2xcopies pledge, then you know exactly how many to send.

I think your games will do fine without stretch goals or add-ons. It's the basic micro-games themselves that excite me.

Well, I understand that the industry average error rate is around 1-3%. So it seems to me that you're doing great! The Cthulhu game you've mentioned sounds exciting so I look forward to seeing it. Just take care of yourself and make time in between the job, family and this.
