It is almost painful waiting for this game as it is one of the best looking ones to come out of kickstarter. Just the model of the u-boat would be worth the price of admission, hoping the game play will be just as impressive. Keep up the amazing work!

Looks great... is there any plans for different platforms later, ps4?

Also on Raldo's Run Through campaign he had an image of Uboot as a boardgame, is that coming out too?

@Playway, @DWS, what you all have shown is amazing. You all deserve a round! As for the delay oh well it happens I sure hope you all lead the way with submarime games and that the genre is not gone merely it went on an extended leave. Work and dedication from the screen shots show that and speak for the talent that exist. Your artwork reminds me a lot of the CGI from Hell Below it looks that great! The best news Playway gave you a budget! That is so exciting to hear I wish I knew some animation that could be used to help to you all but sadly I do not. Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing more of these beautiful screenshots from you all.

Looks great guys, the extended development time is being very well spent and as a backer I'm 100% supporting you spending as much time as you need as the direction you are taking is exactly the right one (realism, detail, and historical immersion). Keep it up and do not rush it. Other backers please do not rush them, if they rush it you will not be happy with the result. Games like this are once-a-decade, if they have the full time to realise the full vision to high quality then it will be a dream come true. We need to be patient and encourage them to take more time not less. The more time is spent the better the game will be and thanks to PlayWay this is possible. It must be allowed to take as long as it needs. The progress already is amazing. Keep up the great work guys, you are potentially making the best sub sim out there if you are able to realise this vision. Thanks so much for your effort.

Any chance of getting video picture in the next upgrade? It would be nice to see the movement of Vater and other animation at this moment of development.
And, Yep better make it right and working. Bad publicity because of bugs and other problems is much worse than delays. Programing is time consuming task.

Just like to say that was a great and unexpected update, so much work has gone into it I was getting worried (not much) as we've not heard anything. The game looks amazing and yes I CAN wait for it to come out. Take your time, make it right, make it the sub game SH5 should have been. Keep up the excellent work. Looking forward to playing this - and taking a look at the "Updated toilets - do they flush?" --- WOW! Blown away guys!

This is a great update, I was a little concerned about the lack of communication which is usually a bad sign on kickstarter. But this update shows I was completely wrong!

Really enthused about a game again and can't wait for more information (and to play!)

What you presented to us here is a freaking huge progress! The graphic-improvements do look awesome, the Upgrade-list looks promissing, your decisions about the gameplay was the way i was hoping you would go! :)

I think you dont have to apologize about your decision about the release. As nearly everyone already stated: take your time!
