So I saw an AGONY interview over at WCCFTECH and there was a question about playing the game at 4K.

INTERVIEWER: "What kind of PC will be needed to play the game at 4K resolution and 60FPS with max settings?"

TOMASZ DUTKIEWICZ: "I’m testing the game night after night on my pc, and it works flawlessly with 4K/60fps. If you have a machine with similar power, you should be able to play with everything set to “Ultra”(Maximum).
      GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
      i7-6700 3.40 GHz
      16 GB RAM"

So unless this is some kind of mistakes, AGONY seems very optimized in its current state. I mean, wow! I played the alpha demo at 4K and was never able to hit 60fps, despite running with an overclocked GTX 1080 Ti.

Good, now it looks more accesible for most people. I think Agony is quite demanding in terms of dynamic lights/shadows etc. But because of that darkness, there is no need to draw that much detail in distance, so I think it could be well optimized for that purpose.

Now that makes a lot of sense now. Optimization, optimization, optimization! Thanks for the update!

"Minimum" was tested on 1920x1080 resolution
"Recomended" was tested on 2560x1080 resolution

      Same questions as before:
Are these the specs meant for targeting 1920x1080 output? What would it take to run the game at 3840x2160 output?

Awesome! Thank you very much for the update

That makes a lot more sense.
What resolution is this for? 1920x1080?

I have the RX 480 *sigh* (for as long as I can put up with it still), but the demo was running fine for me on 1080p. Will have to look at the FPS counter next time I run the game.

That's more like it. My gaming rig is less than 2 years old and has a GTX 970 and never had an issue running most games at High or Ultra. Also, add me to the list of people who would like the PS4 version of this game over the PC version if available...
