Clever icons printed on the board give you a quick summary about their life stories.
Guess their identity by asking about their accomplishments, not their appearance, with questions like: Did she win a Nobel Prize? Did she make a discovery? Was she a spy?

It's made with high precision lasers...yes! Women rock lasers too!
Who's she is produced in our workshop in Warsaw. We will take care of it personally to ensure best quality and fast realization. We looked for as local as possible materials to keep our project as sustainable as possible (this means European materials for us :) )

Hello, I'm Zuzia Kozerska-Girard, the foundress of Playeress.
My journey with design started in Barcelona, where I studied, then I lived in Bristol and Paris, to finally take the risk and to launch my own projects in Warsaw. Five years ago I created Valek - wooden engraved rolling pins to emboss pastry with fun patterns. It gave me a huge experience about managing a whole project (30 000+ sales and tons of 5-stars reviews): I had to be simultaneously CEO, factory worker, designer, after sales...
I decided that I had to launch a new project that was really meaningful to me. I got the idea of making a women powered board game. So I founded Playeress. I wanted to make it meaningful, fun and durable.
WHY I NEED YOUR SUPPORT
I'll use the funds to buy a wood printer and an industrial wood sander, to manufacture the first batch of games and order first 1000 boxes. The funds will also cover the costs of those 28 stunning watercolor portraits.

Risks and challenges
Risks are low. We have a lot of experience in starting the production and shipping of new products. The final game is ready for production. We will take care of it personally to minimize the risks and delays. We consciously limited the number of games available before Christmas to ensure we can make them in time, and ramp up production at the end of the year.
