Well, I have been buying and using the “knock off” bags sold on Amazon for nearly a year now. Just ordered 240 more bags. They work fine, even if there might be something better some day in the indefinite future. Two dogs walked 2 to 3 times a day use plenty of bags. I would have liked to give this product a try. When people in the neighborhood ask about the clips, all I can say is look on Amazon, the vendors come and go, but you can usually find something, even if it takes 2 months to come from China.

Just received product today. Honolulu, HI. I backed project when my puppy was too young to go on walks. Now she goes on walks, but she only poops at home. Sigh....
Please report this project to Kickstarter. The more people report/ complain, the more likely we are to get a response.
I asked for a refund months ago, and was told I would get one. Months later I get an email saying that I have a tracking number. I think I made myself clear: I no longer want this product. I want a refund. And now? No replies from the company.

I call BS on that. If they started shipping in February, they should be done shipping by now being that it is May. Also, they are selling this product online. We were all scammed.

I received this response today (4/29/2018).
We started shipping the rewards at the end of February, filling out the pledges in the order they were received, due to our initial slow production rate. You should be getting your delivery over the next few weeks.

I see that it ready to ship since Feb. 26 2018. Today is April 1, 2018, I have not received any package.

Project is over a year old and last near-shipping update was over a month ago. TIME FOR AN UPDATE. I've been burned on several Indiegogo projects but no Kickstarter projects yet. Beginning to wonder about this one that is not rocket science project but taking moon rocket time to complete!
We have all been scammed.

Why create a campaign on kick starter to say we don't come here often to reply to messages or give updates? If you would have shared that tidbit on your campaign page during launch I wouldn't have bought this. Smells like � to me.

I'll start with some good news:
We are just about to receive the final prototype that should be the final one.
Then we will be able to start the mass production.
I'll try and answer the questions that you presented:
Cheryl - As we explained before, the fact that this is a Low-Tech item does not make it an easy or quicker to be made - After every test that we make, we need to wait at least 30 days until we receive a new prototype - as new molds need to be made as we can't use 3D models for tests (they break too easily - we learned this the hard way), as I said before, we do not take the lateness lightly, but this is forced on us due to development times.
Sophy - We did ask: We got feedback from our tests, which showed that some people would have difficulties to use the clip, mostly the vision impaired - that some of the times they used the Piqapoo the in a wrong way.
Would you really like to receive a lesser version of the clip just so you don't wait some more time? Isn't it a bigger waste to receive a product that is lesser then to wait?
Barbara - The "old version" are Chinese knock offs that have were made according to the movies, we bought 2 of them, just to see what they have done, and I can assure you that they will break in a few days. That if you don't but the version where the bags a 2 times the size of your dog (even if you have a great dane).
Jessy - As I mentions to you personally - you, and any other customer who wants a refund, once we will send the update emails - you can ask for the refund.
And last - T Davis - I wish.....Aruba sounds pretty great, but no, I'm still here
Is there an update on this product and when it will ship? I have a feeling the designer took our money to Aruba. How do we report this project to Kickstarter? I feel defrauded.
I have sent you a private message to cancel order since April 30, 2017 as the order has been delay and follow up in May 9 and 22, 2017. No one replied. I have moved already. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT. Please cancel my order and make a full refund, I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE.
I found clips and bags on Amazon.(Perhaps an earlier model?) They are great and if I'm getting a new and improved model, I can't wait! Just hope I scarfed up enough bags to last until October. I'll never go back to regular poop bags. I'm also a visually impaired customer. I don't have a service dog but do have 2 dogs and this is so much better than groping around on the ground.

You said you want 100% satisfaction for this product, but did you notice you've already got a lot of negative 100% satisfaction? Yes we're funding a product, not buying the finished product, we understand that sometimes the inventor needs time to improve, but our patience should not been waste like this. All we want is that little clip in the video, or at least show us what are we waiting for and let us decide we want to wait for it or not. Hope you reply soon.
