fundthisgame.com posted an interview with myself on their blog recently. It shows a little insight into how all of this began!

Here's a little excerpt:

“My dad nurtured my obsession, and we started creating text-based adventure games together using QBasic (does anyone still use this?). The game was called “Adventure Game”. It lasted for around 20 mins, with lots of y/n questions and it even had background music! 

“TinyKeep is a 3D Real Time Dungeon Crawler – an Action RPG if you will. It’s heavily inspired by classic roguelikes such as NetHack, Rogue and also board games like HeroQuest. The best thing about these games in my opinion is the random dungeon generation and monster AI. I wanted to take both of these aspects and bring them into a more accessible 3D game. I also enjoy multiplayer games, especially co-operative ones like Portal and Terraria, so I wanted to bring this aspect into it also. Eventually all of these ideas turned into the game you see now, and TinyKeep was born!”
