      Sandy may I ask you, is the Dissolute ability optional or mandatory? Can I use it when I want or must I use it everytime for every secret?

      This figures in this game are genius -- as usual for Petersen Games. And these civs are just amazingly cool.

      The Victory abilities relate to your collection of Victory Points, which can come from a lot of sources: Hyper Tokens, Secrets, Colonies, and Starbases. Some races have unique ways of gaining those things, others can just manipulate those things when they get them normally. In the case of the Glazaqtoq it's not really about making the Secrets more valuable for them, but instead making them less valuable for their opponents, which is thematic.

      The "victory" label is a bit weird

      You don't have to use your victory ability when the opportunity comes up.

      That way if the card gives gifts to others you can simply choose not to play it and just collect the victory points at end game.

      Why would the Glazaqtoq want this Victory -Dissolute ability? Aren't secret effects generally something you want?
