      Hey guys, what happen to this old romo robot? Are you giving up on the old romo after I heard about your new romo. You guys just drop everyone else? We supported you in the first place right? Can the Appstore app use for this old romo robot?

      I supported this project and expect some on going or cool things I can do on this robot? Where can I find information on development or anything regarding this old project? I am so disappointed.

      Hi. I ordered my Romo but never received it. I have written several times. I even visited with you guys at the Toy Show in NYC at the Javits and showed you my order from KICKSTARTER. When I saw you at your booth you guys couldn't have been nicer and even promised me a bunch of swag when you send it. You took my business card but didn't have one to give me.       Did anyone else have to pay absurd customs charges in the UK? I just got my robot and am being charged £21.59 customs, which is almost half the value of the product (~£49)!!

      Hi Guys, something is going wrong. Until now I have received one colorless Romo (although I have paid the USD 20 additional price for colored Romos). Months are passing by and I am still waiting for the 2nd one to arrive. What is causing this huge delay? Why cashing the extra money and not delivering what I have paid for? Please reply urgently.

      hello,
      i have recived my 2 romos. but i still expiriance a lot of trouble with them. te on is not realy loading. i can charge it for "days" but the red light sose not go off. and then i can con troll the "face" but it will not drive....
      sound is loude, and i checked all settinGs..... what to do ?

      I received my Romo finally today (new EU version) and is working great.
      Assembled it quickly as instructions are very good/simple and no missing parts - one word perfectly :-)
      Romotive Team just keep it like that and make other unhappy backers finally happy to start having good time with their Romo robotic friend :-)

      So, I sent my Romo circuit board away to be re-flashed, since they didn't work on European iPhones initially... I was told to provide Romo with receipts, and send them my PayPal address so they could refund shipping for me. I sent it off, sent the receipts and PayPal, and very quickly received a reply saying "the money would be in my account by the end of the day". This was Friday.

      I've emailed twice since, and no money has "appeared in my account", nor have I received anything on my PayPal account to suggest anyone has tried to send me any money. (I have received an email from PayPal every time this has happened in the past.)

      I'm tired of the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from this project. So far I have spent $100, plus customs for receipt of a non-functioning Romo, plus shipping fees to send the defective circuit board off for replacement. I gave the team the benefit of the doubt for their lack of communication before, but this is getting ridiculous. $100 (+$20, +$5) and six months later and I have no Romo. Kickstarter really need to start holding creators accountable for this kind of unprofessionalism.

I informed you guys of this, received a response indicating that you made an error and would correct it, and I've yet to see or hear anything further after repeated private (email) attempts to have this addressed. I'm sorry to have to bring this into the public arena, but I've put $400 into this and would appreciate my emails not being repeatedly ignored and problems you acknowledged being addressed forthwith.
