Introducing the Travel Line

Ladies and gentlemen, Kickstarter number 8 has launched. Introducing the Travel Line.

In the past 3 years, this has been the single most-requested set of products by our backers and customers. As prolific travelers ourselves, we're incredibly proud to launch a line of luggage that adapts to the many different types of trips we take.

We could go on and on, but we'll stop here and just say what's most important: thank you, backers. You got us here. Like our previous 7 campaigns, this one's for you.

Now go check out the new stuff and let us know what you think!

All our love,

The Peak Design Team

so is it going to be as "water-resistant" as Everyday Backpack? Because last week I got into a 2-hour rain with by Everyday, and it soaked wet first through zippers (heavily) and then through fabric (a little). Definetly not a travel backpack, but a hipster one, alas.

Options for just the pouches and cubes would be awesome!!

I would love the pouches, but the bag would be too big for me.

I have being carrying PD 20L backpack and 5L sling bag to every destination I travelled. Carrying another non-wheel bag is impossible. I totally agree with the rest of the comments made, you should allow us to pledge on certain items we like. I would like to back for tech pouch and packing cubes but not the bag.

I don't really want the bag... it's too big and heavy. Can there be an option to purchase the tech and wash pouches? Thank you!

I will agree with Allen and Pram, at 2.6kg without the packing cubes, for a travel backpack, it is too heavy for a carry-on for flights. In most of Asia the carry on limit is now 5kg limit (6KG when lucky). This would be impossible to use. with more than half the weight limit used up by the bag alone.
The expandability of the bag is great, but the size is still too big. 35l that is able to compress to a 25L would be great. 45L is just too big and heavy

I made the same comment to your Instagram account. I would love the option to pledge for just packing cubes and tech pouch etc. you are limiting how much you can raise by not offering a reward like that. Is there a work around?

Please have an option to just buy the cubes.

This is way too big. I'd go for a smaller version of this or as Allen suggested just the puches and cubes for my everyday carry.

Also at over 2.6kg for a travel backpack, it is restrictive for a carry-on for flights since it only allows to pack another 4.4kg to reach the 7kg limit.

Would just like the pouches and the packing cubes but not the backpack. Give some of us that options that exclude the backpack.

Backed your first effort and when it finally shipped there were no instructions or information regarding proper use. Perhaps you thought it didn't need it, but it does. This bag has sat in a closet since I got it. After 3 bad to disastrous backings, I will never back another Kickstarter effort under any circumstances. It feels like it would be more gratifying to just stack my money in a barbeque pit and set it on fire!

Finally! That’s what I’ve been waiting for. I’ve got the everyday backpack and I use it literally every day. BTW. The hinges for the shoulder strap start to make noise in hot weather... should I should I put oil on those?

Hi I clicked to back your project and authorize it on my phone. But I just received a refund on one dollar and I don’t see it in my kick starter has been packed. Can you please confirm that I successfully back to your project as I backed everything you’ve ever made thanks
