Survey reminder, survey lockdown, and happy Turkey Day.
As many of us here in the U.S. physically prepare for our largest meal of the year (and in some cases mentally prepare for our largest family gathering of the year) we just wanted to drop some quick updates and reminders on our fulfillment surveys.
Survey Lockdown on Friday Nov. 24th
We currently plan to lockdown completed BackerKit surveys on Friday, Nov. 24th. Lockdown means that if you completed the survey, your response will be finalized. This is a necessary step, since we need to load your survey responses into our fulfillment system.
If you have completed your survey, you have 48 hours to change/add items, or change your shipping address.
We can only lockdown completed surveys. If your survey is incomplete it cannot be locked down. If for some reason you're not ready for your survey to be locked down on the 24th, don't complete it. If you've already completed it you can go to the BackerKit contact form and ask for your survey answers to be cleared.
Awaiting survey responses from 1091 backers!
We're still awaiting BackerKit survey responses from 1091 of you beautiful people. That means 11,121 of you have filled out your surveys, and that kind of mass punctuality during this busy time of year deserves applause.
If you haven't filled out your survey you'll receive automated reminder emails from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line Reminder -- Response needed to deliver your reward for Capture v3, Slide, and Slide Lite Kickstarter.
If you haven't filled out your survey and you haven't received emails, go to capturev3.backerkit.com where you can retrieve your survey by entering your Kickstarter email address.
Still can't find your survey?
About 35 backers have email addresses that we've been unable to send surveys to. If you've scoured your email inbox and SPAM folders and still can't find your survey go to the BackerKit contact form and explain your scenario. The friendly folks at BackerKit are here to help!
