Short Answer: YES!
I am a game designer.
I made the Larklamp as I wanted to build my own little format to make my games for.
Just as a game maker may release many new decks, sequels, or expansions for their own works, I have plans to develop and produce many Larklamp games.
I will sell my Larklamp games, along with the Larklamp Game Lantern, via an e-commerce marketplace hosted at the Lumo Amuzo website.
In addition to all this, anyone who wishes may also make their own Larklamp games.
When the Larklamp is released, I will provide panel templates for anyone to download and use to try making their own games. I will also discuss my process in making Larklamp games in the Art of Larklamp eBook. I do not yet have any concrete plans to release any other "developer tools", because I don't really have any other tools to release. I would one day like to own and offer a tool that does the perspective-correction for the panels, but I do not currently have a timeline for this.
Anyone may sell the Larklamp games that they make, and keep all the revenue from them.
In addition to making my own games, I have plans to collaborate directly with a couple other game makers and game designers I know to co-produce a few Larklamp games, which will likely also be for sale on my Lumo Amuzo website. I do not yet have any plans to sell any games on this website which I do not produce.
Everything mentioned here is all subject to change at any time. The Larklamp is patent-pending, trademarked, and all games and Larklamp material I make are created under copyright.
