About this project
SECOND PROMO RELEASED EARLY! See "Adam & Paul Teach Zombie How to Kill a Zombie," right here!
FIRST MILESTONE MET - $1,000! AS PROMISED, PROMO #1:
What is Adam & Paul Save the Whole, Entire, Apartment Complex?
"Adam & Paul Save the Whole, Entire, Apartment Complex" is an online dramedy (drama + comedy) story created by Writer/Director Joel Reaves about Adam (Chris O'Brien), a shy twenty-something and his crude roommate, Paul (Michael Thomas Grant), who, when the zombie apocalypse descends upon planet Earth decide that they have what it takes to "win." They immediately realize that the world is freaking huge and instead decide to save the residents of their much-smaller-than-the-whole-world apartment complex.
The show will be a chronicle of their wacky and dangerous adventures of killing zombies, cracking jokes, finding love, and saving their apartment complex!
Who are WE why do you need YOUR help!?
Aside from Joel, who we mentioned above, the core crew consists of producer Paul Todd (also mentioned above), producer Dayeanne Hutton, and Director of Photography Patrick Geraghty. We've all been working together for ~5 years on dozens of short films, feature films, commercials, music videos... etc. (some for fun, some for the web, others for the festival circuit!) and without a doubt we know we have the experience and talent to make this show great.
Seriously, look how sweet this zombie is:
We just need YOUR help to make this happen! Filmmaking is very expensive, and while we could shoot this on a cell phone camera, edit it in iMovie, and post it on Facebook... We want you guys to LOVE this show, not laugh at it, so we need money. We need to pay for things like:
- Special FX makeup
- Practical FX deaths (so they look awesome, not cheesy)
- Gear rentals
- Location permits
- A bunch of other filmmaker-y stuff... !

At the core story of Adam & Paul, it's all about real life situations (you know, aside from the zombies...)
Zombie movies have become too unrealistic these days, what with everyone owning a .45 handgun and knowing how to land a headshot every time. Adam & Paul won't make you scream "How did you learn how to operate a chainsaw AND fix a car engine in five minutes while the earth is going to shit around you!?" If the shit hits the fan in this story, it really does. This show is for those of you at home watching zombie movies and scoffing, "Idiot, you should've shot your infected wife, not make out with her one last time while she's dying! I could do so much better in the zombie apocalypse!" You know what? You probably could, and so could we, that's why we want to make this show.
Want to tweet about us, but you're feeling too lazy to think of something witty!? Have no fear, we did it for you! Tweet about A&P!
Forever yours (in a not creepy way),

Risks and challenges
Filmmaking always has risks and challenges; I'm sure you've all heard of "Murphy's Law." Well that bastard runs rampant on film sets! Luckily, with our combined years experience, and determination to make this project amazing, there's nothing that we couldn't handle... Suck it Murphy.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
