Patchy Sanders is recording their debut full length album “Bread and Wool”! We have already recorded our E.P. and it just came out on January 27th! We plan on spending the winter recording and creating the art for “Bread and Wool” so it's ready for the festival season come spring. We would love for YOU ALL to become part of the process in bringing Patchy Sanders debut album to LIFE! We are reaching out with infinite gratitude and lots of DELICIOUS REWARDS asking you for financial support.
With the money we receive from our beloved supporters we will be paying for our E.P. and Full Length Album, "Bread and Wool." We have already recorded and pressed the E.P. and its up on our website patchysanders.com/music if you would like to listen! We recorded and mixed it within a week so we could have 5 professionally recorded songs to apply for summer festivals.
Our goal is to take "Bread and Wool" to the next level. We have a producer who has worked with Johnny Cash and Red Hot Chili peppers who is willing to record our music and spread the word once the album is finished. This is an amazing opportunity to spread the Patchy Magic around the world! We are so grateful to have you join us in spreading authentic inspiring music to the people of this planet.
She has already quoted our project at $23,000, but is willing to work with a smaller amount and do her best within our budget. The more funds we raise, the more time we can spend on our album, the better the quality, and the more Patchy Love that will be infused into the lives of those in need of Genuine Peasant Folk Music!
The way Kickstarter works is that if we don't reach our $15,000 goal, then everyone gets their money back and Patchy won't be able to record their album. We have been given so much feedback from our listeners to continue to share our music in the humble, joyful, and unique way that we do. So here we ask for support in launching Patchy's financial nourishment so that we can ride our sky boat and share our songs with the people of the land! Thank you Thank you!!!!
WE LOVE YOU!
Patchy Sanders is peasant folk music —old oak barrels, mead, scythes, broomsticks, jugs and hearths. We conjure the pleasantry of old and sink in with the beauty of the moment. We weave tapestries of sound that remember the melodies of celtic, appalachian, medevial, and bluegrass and build bridges into our current creation of today’s folk.
Patchy Sanders is two sisters, Jacqueline and Danielle Aubert, their lovers, Ian Van Ornum and Daniel Sherrill, and our gnomie gnome bass player David Duret. We are a family and we share love as much as music. We have all been writing and sharing songs for many years, performing for childrens groups, festivals, farmers markets, and stages far and wide. The instruments we most create with are, (but not limited to!) banjo, bouzouki, nylon and steel stringed guitars, mandolin, fiddle, 5 stringed double bass, pennywhistle, saw, ukulele, and lots of beautiful harmonized voices!

Risks and challenges
The Patchy Sanders family supports each other as our "obstacles" arise. We see them as ways to get even more creative and inspired to learn and grow. These times can even nudge new songs to come forth! Whatever "obstacle" that may come is just a signpost in the road helping us to listen to our heart and proceed with love.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
