About this project
We love cartoons. Ever since our early formative years, our time has been spent adoring cartoons. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Pokemon. Naruto. Rugrats. Powerpuff Girls. Dragonball. These cartoons have shaped who we are and the adventuring personalities we have today. We still envision ourselves flying through the sky with rocket boots or beating bad guys with poles. Cartoons embody a vision and humor that we still cherish, and we always look at them as part of who we are.
As we got older, we found an appreciation for humor, and even further, we found an appreciation for music, all kinds. Rock and roll. Hip-hop. Country. You name it, and we have a place for it.
With our love for cartoons, our love of great humor, and our love of music, we have decided to do the only thing that makes sense- make a funny music cartoon.
We want to develop a cartoon called Suicide Traffic that will be featured on YouTube at the below channel:
Suicide Traffic is the adventures of a boy named Alex, a motivated singer who recruits a wild group of kids to join his new band. Every portion of the cartoon has something you can relate to. There’s a little bit of lost love after Alex gets is heartbroken, and a little bit of rock and roll as we see new guitarist Bryce shred on his electric guitar.
Suicide Traffic is the journey of a young band- and they are terrible. They are quite possibly the worst band ever. But the ideas we have lined up for the series are fantastic and hysterical and could quite possible become the best cartoon ever (Ok, maybe not, but it will be pretty amazing).
Yet we run into one huge problem- the cartoon takes too much time. The cartoon is underway, slowly but surely, but we find ourselves tackling too much to properly give the idea justice. We are asking for a modest amount of money, $540, to fund this project and envision Suicide Traffic into a broad reality.
The funding of this project gets a promised 12 episodes of Suicide Traffic. With the money we will put our focus on the show, and release 1 episode every week for three months on YouTube. Without proper funding of this new endeavor, we cannot promise getting these episodes done in a decent amount of time, if at all. There is simply too little money in creating a cartoon for YouTube, and for free.
But we love this cartoon and want to see it come to life.
Thank you for reading, and let's hope Suicide Traffic grazes a YouTube page near you very soon.
