Organicer is a smart planner that elevates note taking to a whole new level by bridging the gap between your hand-written and digital notes. By capturing your daily handwritten plan with the Organicer app, you can check, change or mark tasks on the go without carrying a planner with you. A weekly 6.00 AM to 9.30 PM table is here for you to organise your appointments and daily action plan into hourly sections. With a little help of your phone you can take a snap and transfer your appointments into Organicer app.
Organicer app will automatically recognize filled spaces and set reminders in your phone. You can always choose how much time before each appointment a reminder should be made.
Each daily layout comes with a checklist to get a more transparent overview of what are your daily must-dos. Either you can use it for shopping, tasks that needs to be tackled, steps in a project etc. You can name the tags yourself.
You can create unlimited tags in Organicer app. There are 3 icons under a checklist in a planner’s daily layout. Set tag names for these 3 icons – for example Shopping, Tasks, Projects. If you write down shopping items you need to buy, draw an X across the icon you set for shopping. You can easily edit your lists in Organicer app – either change them, share them with a friend or mark them as done.
There is a blank blacklined space positioned under the date in everyday layout. That is a place for your brainstorming and writing down your thoughts. Taking a snap with your phone will transfer your thoughts into the Organicer app.
Storing your notes in the app have many advantages. They are easy to edit, manageable and light to carry since they are in your phone. You can always add more of them directly in your phone.
The best part about Organicer checklists and notes is that they can be instantly shared amongs your friends and family. When a task on a shared list is marked as completed it will immediately notify and update everyone else with the list.

Considering Ines's background in social work, Sasha's involvement in eco and fair-trade products and their passion for travelling in was inevitable that there had to be a greater value added to the planner.
They were amazed by the impact Barefoot College projects have on different layers of everyday life in rural communities in developing countries. In June 2018, Ines and Sasha travelled to Tanzania, East Africa as part of the Organicer research task. They have visited the Barefoot College's educational centre and a village where their project Solar Mama's is active. They also met Mr. Xavier Juncadella, a head coordinator of Barefoot College for East Africa.

We believe that the liberating power of education can help people take control of their lives and live purposefully and this is the main reason why we support the Barefoot College.
We are a team of 4 friends from Slovenia. Our paths crossed already in teenage years yet our professional lifes merged with the birth of Organicer, in 2017. Ines is a social worker with an artistic soul and David owns a small print shop, is a web developer and designer. David enthraled Ines for graphic design and they started collaborating on various projects. Sasha with his outstanding communication skills, tons of experience in fair-trade projects and a kind soul, fits perfectly to the pair. And then there is unreplaceable Nika who takes care for organisational means regarding time management and controlling.
Ines was a full-time student and being a student nowadays demands having a planner. She tried to find the perfect one but soon realised it does not exist. David's working table was always covered in self ad notes and piles of unorganised papers. He as an IT guy, had a total chaos in his office, but had his meetings well organised in his mobile app. They both looked at their needs and realised developing a smart planner would make their lives considerably easier and more productive. With that realisation, Ines's growing designing skills and David's IT knowledge – the idea of Organicer was born. Firstly, creating a functional planner with a good look - secondly, fulfilling the regular planner with an awesome app to keep your data handy in your pocket - and last but not least, contributing to improve the access to education in developing countries. Voila – Organicer has it all!
As a young team committed to making a difference, we have big ideas that require ample funds to make them a reality. We do not have these funds yet.

Risks and challenges
We are very excited to launch this campaign. This comes after countless hours of work and dedication to develop and design the Organicer planner. Organicer is a completely new product line. With a new product in production, we understand the possibility of facing unexpected challenges.
We're working with two very experienced partners: an app development company and a print shop. With our team's experience in the web development, print services, and manufacturing, we are confident in our ability to mass produce Organicer for you.
