Hello my order has been stuck in limbo for awhile and you guys also stopped replying to my email. Can i get anymore insight into where my package is or atleast a refund at this point?
I was told that I would get a shipping confirmation within a week. That was over 2 weeks ago. Mads, what is the plan and why does it keep changing over and over again?

I'm sorry to hear that some folks had issues with shipping which I understand would be frustrating.
For what it's worth I am really happy with the underwear and t-shirts I received - they fit nicely and are super comfortable.
Also without wishing to contradict anyone who had issues with communication or service - personally I have also been really happy with the information, updates and communication I received during this campaign.
On another issue, there were some comments earlier about the high neck line on the shirts. Personally I find this to be a feature not a bug - I like the higher line as it's a more snug fit and thus doesn't ride up or down when moving around. Also it sits nicely and looks neater than other t-shirts when wearing under a shirt or open neck top.
@Danny, Stephen: I have replied to your e-mails, and hopefully you can live with the solution I sent to you. We're doing everything we can to speed up the process now, even though it becomes way more costly for us than expected. I guess you learn from your mistakes when it comes to distrubiton. :-)
@Ted; Christoffer covered part of this in the update we made previously today. But we're kind of doing that now. All the orders that they haven't sent out yet (and thus not in transit or the like) will be sent out from Denmark.
@Eyal: I have replied to your e-mail as well. I don't think it's fair what you are saying, I really don't. But as you can see from the mail, I am willing to go to great lengths to satisfy you. I hope this will change your view.

Hello I am still waiting. Got told this person and that person will look into my order. Then nobody is responding anymore. I feel scammed and want my money back or what I paid for.
At this point my respect for them is gone. And clearly they don't even respect their own brand to do the responsible things.
No communication, no response to emails.
Such a complete waste of money.
My guess is that they will now start to offer refunds which will also never come.
At this point, why not send our rewards from the 24hr Danish fulfillment center (with free shipping) you advertise on your site and have floship seems everything to you?
It would make your backers happy, make negotiations with floship easier, and rectify this problem.
I agree with Danny... This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PASSING OF THE BUCK... I've ever experienced... you are currently selling products online but won't own up and look after your backers... enough is enough guys I want a deadline of when I will get my stuff!!!
I appreciate you working on filling our orders, but it would be very helpful to have some idea of WHEN they will be filled. How many months can go by with you posting monthly comments about how you are working on it? If you have the products, just please mail them to those of us who haven't received them yet.
We are very sorry for the radio silence. Everyday we are working with Floship on sending out the very last orders. We know that the last of you have spent an unfair amount of time sending us mails and asking for your orders, and for that we are truly sorry, there's nothing more in the world we would want, than for you to receive your orders, we are working on making this happen everyday.

Back on Feb 13th, Mads sent an email saying my order had shipped & she'd send me the tracking number shortly.
We're now 3 weeks later and I've heard nothing.
I understand that this is frustrating on your end as well, but it seems ridiculous that a simple matter of my credit card expiring between when you first charged it and when you charged for the addons, a matter I resolved within hours of notification of the problem, would lead to a quarter-year delay in shipment.
Please make this right. I think you have a fantastic pitch and a great product idea, but I'm rather miffed that people can make orders on your site today when I still have no idea when my reward will ship.
