But, please note that even though we’ve thought deeply about every corner of our project, there’s always a chance of surprises. If, despite our best efforts, things don't go as we planned (manufacturing timeline, shipping dates, etc.), we promise to communicate honestly with you and work quickly to resolve any issues that arise.
