Hi everyone!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Let’s all turn our LEDs green!

The Kit Shipments

As of yesterday, we’ve shipped 1,994 kits! Hooray! You should have received an email with your tracking number if you’re expecting a Kit.

Thank you for your patience, we really think you guys will have a great time with these Kits! The guides will all be available next week!

As mentioned in our previous updates, there were 2,040 Kits meant to be shipped out. Early next week, we will be getting in touch with the 46 backers whose Kits were not shipped.

The Shipping Grand Total?

It’s taken some time, but we’ve shipped 14,383 packages to date!!

What’s Still Left Over?

In total, there are 1,520 backers whose rewards are yet to be shipped out. However, of those, only 198 have completed their survey order form and have provided shipping details and payment. These will be processed for shipping in the next two to three weeks.

The remaining 1,322 have still not completed their order survey forms! Which brings us to the next point...

Surveys!

If you haven’t completed your survey order form, we don’t know what items you want or where to even ship them! Please complete your survey as soon as possible!

We will not be able to ship your order until your survey is complete!

If you don’t know how to get to your survey, please make a ticket on our helpdesk and we'll provide you with your unique survey URL.

Thanks for the support

Ive got my Tracking number last week, and I live in Australia for some reason the package did not go from Hong Kong to Australia, But was instead sent via Germany, Now of over 5 days nothing has changed on the tacker its still where is was 2 day after being shipped from HongKong. so has any one else had their package just stop showing moving according to DHL tracker

It seems that I arrived in Germany when I checked the track number I received. Be sure to have DE at the end of the track number, so it will behave correctly. However, I live in Japan.

It just hit me, that perhaps an answer to the "delays" that this project have experienced in delivering rewards is due to the impressive number of backers: over 14 thousand backers! Wow. That's quite a lot to keep up with!

Wow! Over 1300 shipments because of backers not filling out the survey. That's nuts!

      @onion:
Are you still reading kickstarter messages?
I am one of the 1322 that haven't completed my survey yet as I am awaiting feedback on my KS messages regarding a reliable shipping method.
Or is freshedsk helpdesk our only communication mechanism now?
      Please let me know,
      Thanks
