A Shipping Update!
We’ve been a little quiet lately because we’ve been so busy handling the shipping of all of the packages that have gone out!
Last Week’s Shipment
We were able to process and ship out an astonishing 1,124 packages last week! If you were part of this batch, you should have already gotten your tracking number!
What these 1,124 packages contain:
Onion products (Omegas, Dock made by Onion, Expansions made by Onion)
Rocki I2S Audio Expansion
To backers who ordered Control Everything products, your Onion products are part of this shipment, you will be getting a separate package from Control Everything. If there is something wrong with your Control Everything package, the fastest method of getting the issue resolved is contacting our friends at Control Everything directly.
To backers who ordered the Hologram Cellular Expansion, your Onion products are part of this shipment, you will be getting the Cellular Expansion separately when it is ready. We don’t have a definite time estimate when it will be ready but expect at least a month or two.
This Week’s Shipment
We’re currently doing the final assembly on the Kits! It proved difficult to get UL certified wall chargers, but we’ve managed to find everything we need, and we’re currently putting the last couple hundred kits together. We will process and ship 2,040 packages with kits this week!
We want to thank all of the Kit backers for their support and patience with us, we’ve been working extra hard to make sure the Kits are as good as they can possibly be!
But I didn’t order a Kit and I still haven’t received my tracking number!

There is an error with your shipping address
If you have not completed your survey, please do so as soon as possible so we can put you into an upcoming shipping batch! If you do not know where to find your survey, please make a ticket on our helpdesk at onion.freshdesk.com and we will provide you with a link to your survey.
If your account has a payment or address error, we will be getting in touch with you to remedy this issue once we finish shipping out all of the current orders.
