About this project
ONE at Central Park is a first time, one-hour experience of moving sculpture comprised of dancing human bodies for mass public viewing. Conceived and choreographed by Aly Rose, it consists of over 100 suspended performers dancing 150 feet in the air. ONE at Central Park embodies the collaboration of over 300 of the most talented performers, architects, designers, engineers and production crew from across the globe. Made to symbolize the magnificence of man and the oneness of humanity, this show is FREE and is the the fruit of seven years of planning as well as finding the most talented aerial dancers in the United States, China, Canada, Qatar, Dubai, Mexico, the UK, Australia and France.
The show is itself a one of a kind, record-breaking public art installation, set for 10 days, allowing 10,000 audience viewers each performance and 53 million viewers via webcast.

Risks and challenges
The moving pieces of the project are building the 6 inverted catenary 150-foot structures, designing each point in space within a millimeter of calibration executed via 108 winches, and erecting the structures within build time. In order for the show to be a success, all of the teams involved must come together seamlessly.
The Director's experience initiating, building and choreographing mass productions; the Head of Flying and his work with the London 2012 Olympics and the House of Dancing Waters; our engineer's work with bridges, truss, ballast as well as stage work for Cirque de Soleil; our production team's background with parks and city, and our unique background of dancers, aerialists, and athletes breaking records with their individual awards gives us confidence that we will not only overcome any potential challenges, but also will make a show that blows your mind away.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
