After Update 64, I decided to make it my mission to crap all over all of your updates the way you're crapping all over us so...

By not giving consistent updates even if there is nothing to update you are leaving nothing but doubt and concern for us to have. even if you get to work flawlessly you have ran your name thru the mud to the point no one trusts you as a legit company anymore. Such a shame. I have no faith of ever receiving anything from you except silence and broken promises.

This is a “start from scratch” major change that you folks obviously lack the engineering competence to complete. What was the obviously fake factory ready to ship boxes video you’d posted if you weren’t actually ready to ship?

Dear OLO, ehm, oh - no, ONO Team!

You name it. We all should have known by the change of the name of the game. OH-NO.

Another christmas without that gift. Maybe I find time to build my very own printer of that kind with the 3D printer I bought elsewhere.

      Merry Xmas to all around.

PS: Unexpected surprises welcome. Try to surprise us - by shipping a product.

      How dare you!
No more update. No more answers.
      How can I do?

    21. Pablo Marmol on

After the elapsed time and the successive failures, being 2 months without updating is nothing more than an insult to the people who have trusted you.

Remember, without those people you would not be anything, be respectful with your clients.

You are ruining a possible good brand with your acts. It's as simple as having people informed on time.

    22. David Hunter on

This is such a scam, even if they do update again I fully expect it just to be another made up issue that apparently is delaying them another 6 months. I remember a year ago they showed what was supposedly some Chinese factory with boxes getting ready to ship.....then the excuses started. I don't even really want the printer anymore, it's better to just get it done somewhere like Shapeways.

I am fine with you guys having to deal with a technical problem and having to redesign, and the necessary delays. However, you really need to produce regular updates as to progress. Preferably at least once a month. Even if nothing has changed since the last month, a statement of that fact will help reassure backers that they haven't been forgotten. By issuing regular updates, you will probably forestall a bunch of people asking for their money back. Please, update regularly. It's a simple thing to do, and it will make everything else go smoother.

    29. David Hults on

Echoing Biosnap's comment: please update with progress.

    31. biosnap on

I don't mind if you take more time, but please at least make more updates and tell us when do you think backers will be able to enjoy the product even an approximated month... I see many people asking for a refund, updating more often will help... Also, a gift card for resins will be good
