Well, not every goal has to be more work-intensive characters and quests. How about a few smaller steps... you wrote something about a pack of better backgrounds you might buy, higher definition game, maybe a few extra images for interesting scenes. That way, people can see progress going on as the campaign progresses.

Thanks for the terrific advice Lantandar!

Right now I'm working on stretch goals for additional characters (ones chosen by you backers), and trying to make sure they fit into a realistic time frame that will still allow this game to be made within a year. I wish I could just promise the world on new characters, but I have to be careful because I only have a limited amount of time to work on the game and also provide any additional content.

If there are things you guys would love to see in the game, feel free to msg me. If it's a great idea for the game, I'll work them into the a stretch goal. For example, someone mentioned offering a higher res version of this game.

But getting to a 500 backers or 1000 backers goal is a really cool idea for a goal, thank you. I'll also unveil the remainder of the stretch goals soon.

Tried out your very nice demo - interesting story and nice characters. Can't wait to see this finished with completed art and more charcters.

Could you give us some more stretch goals for the Kickstarter campaign? Enticing things to look forward to after the current goal is met. Also, maybe a "500 backers" or "1000 backers" goal could help spread the word with everyone telling all their friends to join to get them...
