Have a question?
So I don't know if anyone ever checks in here but I want to point you all towards the reaper mini forum where Michael posted some minis he made for fun. If there is enough interest he may actually produce them.
Working at my new bases for the dwarves:
Oh No!! I called mine Gary!
Nate - Good point...so after careful consideration the Dragon will henceforth be known as....Steve.
...or maybe not, we'll give it some more thought and are open to any and all suggestions :-)
So I have been thinking, this dragon is amazing but he's incomplete. I like Reaper stuff and one thing they do with their dragons is when they get to the incredible scale this one is they cease calling them just Dragon. I appreciate the leave the story open to the painter aspect however if we're looking at epic dragons this one is right up there with the best. I started painting mine today and I was once again blown away looking at the deatail and casting level and that made me sad. Every dwarf in the first Heroes line has a name as well as all of the Heroes figures in this KS. I picture the Dragon being legendary in the Oathsworn world and thus he/she is missing a name and a story. So guys and gals, Jo and Michael, what should we call this amazing beastie, what name is going to make the peasants and warriors of the Oathsworn countryside quake with fear?
Finished now too.
Danenace - Can't wait to see what you do with him :-)
Kieran - I've taken a peek at your dragon, he's looking great...I totally agree, he is a cool mini :-)
I've made a bit more progress on the dragon too. Such a cool miniature.
Wow, you werent kidding when you said the dragon was heavy! Can't wait to put it together!
Mike, great job! I've been putting off painting my Grindol - I'm a bit nervous of all that armour...
Craig, I can't find a way to post pics here either, so if anyone wants to see Craig's Shambler, here's a link to the thread:
Good to see pledges are arriving all over the world now - it's always a worrying time for us!
Lovely Mike, I've just painted the shambling mound. It's on the Lead Adventurers forum, under fantasy adventures. I don't know how to paste a pic either.
Painted my first dude (it would help if I knew how to work a paste button)
http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j21/amysrevenge/20140215_231311_zps2m9tl22b.jpgainted my first dude. Thanks buddy.
My package of goodness arrived today. It all looks spectacular!
Just got my completionist pledge in the mail today and couldn't be happier! That dragon is fantastic and the rest look great! Looking forward to supporting your next project!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has let us know when your minis have arrived, it's always a big relief when we know that everything is okay, and if it isn't then we can get it sorted out.
Thanks for all the wonderful comments too, it feels like we are a friendly close family even though we cover the whole globe :-)
Michael will be adding a new update later today, giving our thoughts on this kickstarter and letting you know what we have planned next :-)
Big hugs to all the Oathsworn family :-)
Picked up my package just a couple of days ago and everything looks great! You people are absolute pros, thanks for everything!
Now, sculpt some more Dwarfs and get another Kickstarter going already :P
Just got my completionist set here in California USA. With a very nice surprise due to being one of the 23! Wonderful figures and just a great kickstarter all around.
Thanks for the news (and Ooook for the reminder about update 27 :) ! ).
Can't wait to know more about what's coming!
I love you more than than a hobbiest should love a modeller, but I do and I don't care who knows. Another truly spectacular set of models have arrived safely in Queensland. Cannot wait for the next.
Box of Goodies arrived safely in Western Australia. very pleased with the detail of the minitures.
All arrived safely in Oz. Great miniatures and excellent service. I await the next Kickstarter in antici..........pation. Thanks Mike and Jo
David - Rufus looks great as a cavalier :-) ...as to the next kickstarter, we are discussing exactly what to do at the mo, Michael has already started sculpting some of the figures...he is going to post an update Monday or Tuesday explaining what we have planned :-)
Thanks Jo, appreciated. Rufus turned out better than I could have imagined (given I was changing him from a witch-hunter to a cavalier). Any clues on the general subject of your next kick-starter?
David - Wow, great paint jobs!!! It is great to see Bill the Pack Pony all painted up (I have a soft spot for him), Rufus and the camp-fire look great too :-) can't wait to see what you do next :-)
Have managed to start painting. They are great figures Michael and Jo. Ready for the next kick-starter...
Thanks a lot, they look great.
Thank you for doing a wonderful job on the products, and doing what it takes to fulfill the rewards on or before the estimated shipping date!
@OlorinNight : see update #27 ;-)
It's wonderful that Oathsworn minis are turning up all over the world, and everyone seems happy, yey!!! I can't give too much away, but we do have plans for more kickstarters in the near future. Michael will be giving you more details soon...watch this space :-)
Mine showed up on monday. Very happy with it, look nice, exactly as it was showed here.
Just to know, do you plan to do another campaign anytime soon (or not so soon)?
Received mine today in Melbourne Australia. Outstanding work1 Very nice mini's with clean, crisp sculpts. Very impressed.
Thank you for the package of Dwarfs and Dragons. I really love the way these guys look.
Thankyou for another beautiful pack of miniatures. Loved the box they came in, it prevented some the bends the first batch received in transit. Looking forward to your next work.....you still run the best KS I have participated in.
My Son got his package of Dwarves....a very happy boy.
Models have arrived safely in Phoenix, Arizona... they are amazing! I'll be waiting for your next kickstarter :)
In the mean time, gotta paint these guys and show em off!
've finally found time to unpack my box. The figures look really great and very detailed - I need to look at them properly later. I am glad I backed this project. Looking forward to the next one. I'd still like to see more dwarfs! ;-)
Hi, I'd like to say a big thank you to Oathsworn for some outstanding miniatures. They really do look good. I really like the ogre, and would love to see what Oathsworn could do with some orcs. I bet you could come up with some great facial expressions! Cheers Stephen
Glen - Thanks, I'll get them packed up now and posted out to you tomorrow :-)
:) perfect I have sent 6 pounds to email@example.com .
Glen - Sorry to hear about your Dwarf Kings weapon, I'll send out a replacement to you...I have one spare Dragon base already cast, which you can buy for £6 if you pay by PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org - we are working out base prices etc ready for the webshop (which we are working on at the moment) - it is unlikely that we will be making 15mm bases as they don't fit in with our range of 28mm figures.
I'll wait to hear back from you about the Dragon base before sending out your replacement King.
Very happy with everything except one issue. The dwarf king's weapon head has broken off. It looks like an air bubble had form inside the shaft, it happens off course.
Your next kickstarter will be getting my money :-).
I really want another dragon base, so when can we buy the bases and at what cost?
Could you make 15mm bases of the same design?
My parcel arrived yesterday. Excellent miniatures, full of character, single-part and well cast, delivered on time and in a good packaging. Well deserved congratulations, Michael and Jo !
Dwarf King set reporting for duty, very happy :)
Great news that Oathsworn parcels are popping up all over the world, we really hope you all enjoy your minis (I'm looking forward to having a go at painting some myself and having a game :-)
Craig - Phew, we're pleased everything's okay now :-) ...we'll add your suggestions to the list for future figures :-)
Hi Jo got replacements today, superb service and figures. I'm ready for the next venture, when you guys get the energy. Could we have some baddies like Goblins, Orcs or Zombies.
Mini's look great once again, thanks very much! Really looking forward to painting that Owlbear.
My minis arrived at the post office last Wednesday but I couldn't pick them up until this morning.
They look great! (and a free lunch box as a bonus^) )
Thanks & Oathsworn!
I received the minis, they're fantastic !
Already started painting too. Here's a thread on it
