50% done with 6 days to go! Milestone unlocked - A look at part of level 2 - The subway!
Yesterday we smashed $20K hitting $24K for the day. This unlocked our 3rd milestone toward getting Treachery in Beatdown City funded.
6 days left - Thanks everyone!
Our campaign ends May 7th at 3pm EST. The only way we'll succeed is if everyone lets everyone else know how amped they are for Treachery in Beatdown City and why they should be too!
So share on twitter, facebook, email, reddit, whatever! Below are some recent press for the game that would be great to link to on Reddit!
Tune in tomorrow, May 5th on twitch at 10AM for the 2nd #brawlathon to support Treachery in Beatdown City.
In it I will be playing brawlers, giving out codes for games like Dustforce, Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara, RE4, Double Dragon Neon and more, as well as doing a lot of critical commentary on the games and the genre in general.
Now, for the SUBWAY
So if you've followed me on twitter (https://twitter.com/aNuChallenger) I posted a few pictures and videos hinting at where level 2 would end up.
Story - Lisa, Brad and Bruce fight through hoards of street hoods, and a biker gang on their way to City Hall in the 1st level. Things get a little out of hand when they arrive, and things aren't settled.
In the 2nd level the group will explore the city of East Fulton some more, including Times Square. But on their way toward anything, they will end up in the subway!
An unfortunate side effect of the presidential kidnapping is that trains are all backed up, or stopped outright. Moving through tunnels, stations as well as moving in and out of stuck trains will be the only way to maneuver at times.
More danger lies ahead underground!
After breaking open several containers to find food and first aid of all sorts, the players will have to be careful, as sometimes a trash can will be harboring one of these little guys.
Rats will run at players and enemies alike, poisoning all in their path. So watch out!
Below is a 2 minute time lapse of me drawing out the concept art for the subway as well as what you see above!
Thanks everyone! But before you go, we have one last thing -
