      Please do not back this company. They have not processed my refund and it's been 1.5 years since I returned my jacket! I returned my jacket back in January 2017, and the people I talked to kept saying that I was added to the refund list, but my refund was never processed.

      What can I say that hasn’t been said...backed 2 years ago on kickstarter (never backing anything ever again, nice one North Aware, nice one)...got a strange looking customs note...no jacket...got false promises, no jacket...got ignored, no jacket...got told I won’t get a refund as I’m in the UK, no jacket and now now money. Seriously, NA is the worst company I’ve ever come across. Don’t believe them when

      I'm waiting for my refund since February (never got a coat, that I ordered here on kickstarter two years ago, backer 7170). Nobody is answering my mails since February. So I'm trying here to contact NA. Hoping somebody there will finally send me my money back.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Beyond upset. It's been 3 years now since I bought a coat. Never received it. Promised to be reimbursed many times. Now they're completely ignoring my emails. STILL waiting to get my money back and nothing.... The absolute worst!!

      I've emailed 22 times over the course of 17 months waiting to process my refund. I sent NUMEROUS emails and have had only 4 or 5 responses before it goes silent again...always being dragged on. I want a response and phone call directly so i can deal with this over the phone. I don't want to play email tag anymore. Please contact me with a phone number to call and lets have this sorted. I"m located in Toronto and will drop by the office to process this in person.

      Oh man. This is the gift that keeps on screwing it's customer base. Now they're not doing fur AND telling people they can buy the ludicrously overpriced "1.0" version to get the (sarcasm intensifies here) next best thing? Truly amazing.

      Hi Eric,

      Thanks for writing in. We did not continue producing real fur trim as we firmly believe that real fur does not increase protection against cold and we do not support the killing of animals for simply decorative purposes. With that said, our faux fur on Smart Parka 1.0. is much bigger than the previous version and it’s pretty close to the look and feel of the real fur. It looks great!

      My two parkas never came and NA promised to send new ones in Oct/Nov 2017 but just stringed me along with fake FedEx and UPS tracking ids. Now it is 2018 and parkas should have come during 2016. They have stopped responding to emails too!

      I have all the conversations saved. Is the BBB only option at this moment?

      I, too, have emailed numerous times about the real fur trim that original backers were promised. I was also waiting until the end of last year to get it, and still have received nothing. My emails have gone unanswered. My comments here have been ignored. Please get back to me asap.

I was last told that we could expect the trim towards the end of last year and we are now 2 full months into this year with no further updates.       I have been waiting for my refund for 13 months now. I have sent several emails and the responding stopped back in August 2017. If someone could respond to my emails and process my refund I'd appreciate it. I returned the coat in January 2017.
