Production In High Gear

Hi All,

It took some time to work out the kinks, but now that we have the right facilities and a full time staff we're producing a lot of models! Here are some pictures of the models going through the process.

The master models are surrounded by Plexiglas to create the rubber mold cavity.

There are 6 rubber molds in total, each weighing around 8 pounds!

Excellent detail coming through in the models!

The last step for the painted sets is a dry brush of gray to bring out even more detail in the stone.

Packaging has begun. We're experimenting with the best box and padding combo in order to assure that your pledge rewards arrive safely. The USPS does a pretty good job at trying to destroy packages that we send so we're working hard to counter them. We expect to begin shipping by the end of this week.

We greatly appreciate your patience. It's obvious to us that future terrain projects like this one will be handled differently now that we know what we know. It's a constant learning process, but we feel that quality is our highest priority and we intend to deliver a quality product.

Happy Gaming!

I too would be willing to wait an extra amount of time to see some ridiculous building shinennigans from the production team.

I always want to see one of these kickstarters take there thousands of mini pieces, before packing them all up, build one absolutely colossal scene and take a pic ;) just sayin'!
