A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:
Proof of Concept
Explorations that test ideas and functionality.
Demonstrates the functionality of the final product, but looks different.
Looks like the final product, but is not functional.
Appearance and function match the final product, but is made with different manufacturing methods.
Appearance, function, and manufacturing methods match the final product.
Ninja: covert, stealth, and invisibility
The design team for Ninja Backpack is a group of college students and young professionals that wanted a minimalist and sleek backpack with hidden anti-theft features. It has to be secure and expandable for travel or every day use in the subway, on a plane or campus.
The hidden expansion bag nearly doubles the storage area when pulled out and unfolded. It is made of lightweight nylon with a zipper, and 2 hardened steel hooks with adjustable straps.
The anti-theft cover keeps water and thieves out of the back zipper.
Internal padded pocket protects both a laptop (up to 17") AND a tablet.
There is a hidden compartment with more pockets.- just unzip the 5 Pocket liner to access it.
External zippered pockets provide handy access without opening the main compartment.
USB power port - store your favorite power bank inside and connect to charge without taking it out.
Nearly one inch thick cushions lighten the load, with cool fabric and air channels.
What makes Ninja Backpack better:
No other backpack has 3 layers: foam padding between the waterproof shell and inner nylon liner.
Waterproof Oxford Canvas has a more refined look and feel than common nylon.
The thick back and shoulder straps and padding, heavy duty zippers, and metal pulls.
Quality craftsmanship reflect the distinction from other backpacks .
Safety and convenience of strapping onto your luggage handle.
