Wow I don't think I've ever had support to this level from a kickstarter creator. Quick support via email and a tracking number for the replacements. Good job guys extremely impressed and it's satisfying to have backed a company that stands by their product.

@Chirag We are very thankful for your support during our campaign, and want you to be successful with the tool. Please email us to sales@nightek.com so that we can get your case resolved. Thanks.

Finally had a chance to use it, but no joy, watched the video several times but now I've ended up with a broken GripStick,

Thanks again so much for this magic tool. It has saved my customers hundred of pounds/dollars. Where they once would have had to replace the whole device when they broke their headphones off. I've managed to use a single tool on over 15 devices.
And the support you guys offer is second to none!! Well done

    5. Rob Walrond on February 22, 2016

      Hey Guys,
Is there a KickStarter price for backers who need to replace their GripStick? Mine is knackered now. Been used a bunch and no longer works.

    6. Rob Walrond on September 10, 2015

Success! Had a very happy customer who's iPad was save by GripStick. Now several of my colleagues are wanting one. Thanks

This saved my iPhone! I thought I was stuck with a phone that couldn't play audio and was considering purchasing a new iPhone for several hundred dollars. Instead, I thought I would give this a go, and it has extracted the headphone jack first try! Thanks for a great tool!

I was a little apprehensive at first as I am not tech savvy. However, after watching the video twice at (Nightek.com/GripStick), it worked perfect on the first try. Awesome tool!! Saved me a lot of time and money.

Also, thanks for your comment on our customer service. Good customer service is the least we can do. Thanks again for your support.

I just wanted to add that you have the best customer support ever. I hope you get a lot of resellers, this tool should be sold in every handyman shop.

I got mine yesterday. Unfortunately it didn't solve my problem, but it was worth a try. It's a good tool anyway, I'm sure it will help better the next time I break the headphone jack.

Congrats on exceeding your funding goal! It's a great invention. This is only the beginning.

    28. NighTek 2-time creator on June 8, 2015

@Paul We are glad you could be part of it. What else do you tech friends say about this problem? We are already drawing ideas for a professional version of the tool aimed at techs and repair shops. Thanks again for your support, we could not have made it without you.

    29. Paul Lomano on June 8, 2015

As a computer technician, every single fellow tech I've sent this to has been in disbelief and in awe. This is a really impressive invention and I'm glad it's getting funded.

@Edwin Thank you! We appreciate it. It is definitely one of those things you don't realize how valuable it is until you need it. Thank you for your comment and your support of the GripStick.

Congratulations on surpassing your funding goal! Very glad the GripStick will be in production. Hopefully I will never have to use it but with so many audio devices around it feels very comfortable having an appropriate tool in the house :)

@David, the best thing to do it edit your pledge. Go to your account and under "Backed" and then under "GripStick", next to the pledge icon click on "Edit" and change the reward to the Prototype Special and add an extra $9 + $5 (shipping) for the cost of one of the "Early Bird" pledges. Thank you again for your pledge and your support. We truly appreciate it.

I have a $9 early bird pledge that I'd like to keep. Can I add another $35 (+$5 shipping) and get the handmade unit at the campaign end as well?

    34. NighTek 2-time creator on May 17, 2015

@David, absolutely. The campaign is so that we can source the raw materials at a reasonable cost, and place a minimum volume order for manufacturing. But if it fails, we would definitely sell handmade units on our website. If you have this problem right now, you can order a hand made unit, which we will ship as soon as the campaign ends. Thanks for your interest.

If this kickstarter fails, will you still consider selling handmade tools directly?
